Day 8 done! My arms are completely toast after this one! I was pretty ambitious for the first set, but had to get realistic for the next 2 sets ;) No shame in dropping down the weight though- I definitely got a good workout! Thanks PJ (although I probably won't be able to brush my hair tomorrow)!
I agree, it was strange. I struggled with getting the last 30* range of motion with my elbows pushing against the wall. No problem if elbows were locked to my ribs. 🤷🏻♀🙈🥴
Hi PJ, when my arms are starting to fatigue and I’m only on round two of three, is it better to drop my weights to a different amount or is it better to push forward with the larger weights but get through less repetitions?

Concentration curls are more challenging than other bicep exercises because they isolate and target the biceps more effectively!
