Dear Hassan and Amna, My name is Misbah. I really love your channel and have been following you for a good 3 years now. This is my first-ever comment anywhere on UA-cam. I live in Bradford, and because of the snow here, my husband, kids, and I started binge-watching old dramas, like Yakeen Ka Safar because Amna always mentions it. Then we watched Noor Jahan because I followed its reviews on Something Haute, so I thought I'd give it a try. We loved the drama! But my story doesn't end here. I watched your old Noor Jahan reviews again because I truly enjoy watching dramas along hearing your reviews. Please add Diyar-e-Dil to your Haute Gold list as well. Also, I would like to mention that I don't watch Ghair, Iqtidar, Sun Meray Dill, or Meri Tanhai, but I know what's happening in them because I enjoy your roasting. Maza aa jata hy. Tmnon: how amazing was Nauman Masood’s performance, his pain was so accurately depicted. I wonder what’s the reason behind his anguish, it cannot just be lost love, there’s more to it.
TMNON is a breath of fresh air. It's not that among all the trash we are subjected to this is the least we could get. It really is a powerpacked drama that does not compromise on acting, writing, direction. Our dramas show parents as some vile creatures who will push their daughters in fire but that's not the reality. Hassan's take on father-daughter relationships was really good. I hope you guys get someone from TMNON team to interview them.

Dysfunctional is the exact word I have been looking for in the dynamic between Rabi and her father in Tan Man Neel O Neel. This episode was too close to my heart because it somehow portrayed my dynamic with my father as superbly dysfunctional. I am kept guessing what he thinks of my life choices or whether he even cares about them. I had to watch the baap-beti conversation scene thrice and cried like a baby. No one has so accurately portrayed this kind of baap-beti dynamic on-screen. TOOO GOOD. I hope they keep this kind of consistency in the quality of the storyline until the very end because this drama is truly GOLD TIER in getting its nuances right. Love from India and the UK. Thank you Aamna and Hassan, for these reviews. They are free reflective therapy🥰
Tan man neel o neel: Masterclass in storytelling, performance and direction..beautiful synergy which makes for a great watch! Nauman Masood sahab and Sehar's conversation & then his scenes with Nadia Afgan...simply glorious! ❤ Can't imagine anyone else in the roles of Rabi's dad and mom. The romance element between the older couple was so poignantly and sensitively portrayed... this needs to be exemplified for other creative teams to learn from & emulate. Intrigued by the plot and how the relationships would pan out. Btw, great performance by Kami & his parents as well!
The new teaser of drama of hum tv of Aina asif 's was so pathetic.she is so young why is she being casted in this old married characters it is being very weird to see
She’s in such a rush to grow up, in a few years she will be giving clarity that she was only 14 when she started, and no one will believe her. She might have done her first child role earlier that that. I remember her from when she played her first role, she was prob 11 years younger old then.

Given barely 4 mins to perform and Nadia Afghan and Noman Masood delivered the best scene I have ever seen showcasing such a beautiful intimacy between a middle aged couple- and btw they are NOT seniors - they are middle aged - Noman Masood - I have a huge crush on him now - I want to see him as the main lead and justice for Syed Jibran also- why is he being cast as a Dad - so wrong -
I agree with Amna, I am also thinking of cutting down on clothes and buying only something that is more timeless, pure stuff in cotton, or lawn, which are not hazardous to the environment and trying to avoid polyester ❤
Meri Tanhai: I feel that the ladies were more conscious about their accent and English, rather than their acting. They were trying too hard on their accent and were not spontaneous at all. True Armenia fluctuated between British and American accent and Kubra’s seemed more cockney. Also the poor English guy had no idea what to do. Kahan se pakkar laye becharay ko.😀 Only Syed Jibraan looked natural, the rest everyone looked fake.
Hassan we are with you... Criticism most importantly productive criticism is important... As a viewer I put my criticism to you guys as well...and always you people responded sensibly... So keep up the good work...
I love how warshma was showing her phone to Hassan Bhai n Amma! Don't edit this stuff. It brings a "realness" edge to the review!! And please one day ask warshma to join u both!! 😊
Loving Tan Man neelo neel ❤, although there wasn't much happened in the episode but the scenes between Sehar, Noman Masood and Nadia Afghan were just fantastic ❤I got emotional. These ppl know their art, and so does the director and the writer.I love that they showed a libral thinking, Taya. This is one drama I wouldn't mind in a lengthy version❤
The way you guys have roasted iqtidar 😂 I was also a fan of that trashy romance but sadly the drama is now taking all the wrong turns. For the previous 6 episodes I feel like I’m watching a geo entertainment drama rather than a Green entertainment one. It’s so slow with so much repetitive scenes. They have destroyed Shahnawaz, there is no arc no character development just a confused mamas boy. Muskan and Zain’s dynamic is unnecessary and trashy. It rightly deserves all the roasting.
They try to show Mehru as ‘strong’ but all she does is fight her MIL and Amal for this man child who doesn’t open up to her, and also she has no trump card left to fight this corrupt family as Zain is free ,so why is Mehru remaining in that house with a man who is a puppet on his mother’s aprons things? This isn’t female empowerment this is stupidity! I agree that the drama was fun up until episode 21 ie before marriage as the banter between the two leads was palpable romantic chemistry & at times very funny , now it irritates me how the script is being written, to drag the drama due to the obvious chemistry between the leads., much like they ruined Tere bin after ep 47!
I cannot get enough of tan man neel o neel. It touches your heart in so many ways. I have become a big fan of Seher Khan, what a sensational talent. More power to her!
Hey Aamna…! The minute you say salam, after you two’s matching outfits, I noticed the plant behind you. Look… you’ve replied to me right away 🥰 Love you both.❤

Unfortunately our audiences are hooked on such crappy content that they aren’t appreciative about such a beautiful show like TMNN which is a like a rare gem being televised on PTV.Kudos to the entire team of TMNN👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
@nkhan8933 what 😂 why? Actually, they haven't even watched YKS. They have watched daam and Dastaan. Amna once said she won't watch Dur e shahwar cuz it seems like a typical saas bahu saga. Her cousin told her she is missing out, its more than that.
@@SearchingfordramaI understand Dastaan is a heavy watch, but Daam!? They love Mehreen Jabbar yet they will not review it. Durre shewar is so amazing, I swear I can rewatch it 10 times.
I desperately wait for these reviews as they're my comfort watch. I look forward to having one hour of sensible yet entertaining conversation between Hassan and Amna.. Hassan seemed a bit zoned out and distracted today, hope everything is fine at your end. We, as your regular viewers and fans are really concerned about your well-being.
Fahim Burney in every BTS from Iqtedar gives such creepy predatory vibes ngl. The way he gets so touchy feely with Anmol and all. Even Ali Reza looks so over in BTS.
@ it never had a plot or atleast the one we hadnt seen before. literally riding on lollu pochu and love lapataa of the leads which they mooched off from other shows. Acting bhi koi achi nahi. Now its struggling because the writer cant make a coherent singular plot after mooching stuff off every other popular show that came before it.
@@AkazaUpperM3 And what's with this dragfest of shows these days? Green is becoming another Geo 2.0 version. Dragging down to hell only bcz it's popular and ppl are gushing over the chemistry of the leads. I'm sorry but the show makes no absolute sense, and it's quite overrated as well.
Haute reviews are my favourite watch that I wait for but Haute bites is the best…when can we expect the next one? Lots to talk about and your commentary is amazing 🤩
Your title was so right..TMNN gets relationships so right..the scene where taya and abba all gather because Kami is shouting..was sooo well written...young girls, boys do react intensly but elders controlled them so well..🫡they didn't shout, didn't dismiss them ...gave them both space to speak...so much to learn from that scene
Totally get Hassan’s frustration with the narcissist director and actors! Honestly, the day you guys stop roasting dramas and giving them screen time like Sun Mera Dil, Meri Tanhai, Iqtidar, Tere Bin, etc... the makers will realize they’re not doing everything right and just stop making them 😜😜
going by its teaser, Dastak is another ghissi pitti storyline of phus phussi aurat jiski shaadi ho jati hai who says aurat ka bs yehi kaam hota hai life mein, its same ghissi pitti story of a cheating husband and a loveless marriage and that aurat falling in love her real love who will "heal" her.
Yes, Hasan, I understand what you were trying to say, and you are right. An Actor has an important role (in terms of acting) in the role. And if we are not connecting with any role, the Actor is mainly responsible for it. For example, we all connect with Noor Jahan because Saba played it brilliantly, and there are many more. So yes, it's important for a role that who is playing it.
Amna I am so happy you talked about being mindful when shopping for clothes. I believe this is a very important topic. Our clothes shopping trends are crazy. If you deem appropriate do talk about the lavish weddings of Pakistan. Pakistan is the only country where they have adopted wedding customs from around the world. A western wedding will nit have mehndi haldi quran khwani functions. An Indian wedding will not have dua kher function. They do their own events but only Pakistanis have bachelor parties..ball nights..music nights..dua kher..separate nikah event. Why are our weddings such an amalgamation of events from all over the world. Boht faltoo pesa he hamaray pass. Kisi gareeb ko day do extra pesay.
Hassan I have little complain with you sehar is such a phenomenal actor you always says ke jafa me sehar was not good but as a viewer I think she was great because if someone else was playing andleeb I think woh justice na kar pata on paper kitna sehar ko Mila she did a great on other hand you said Maya kia Karti unka character h aisa h but in sehar case aisa ku because on script Jo likha h uske hissab se sehar be boht great acting ki h

Hassan, what a point you've made on Grey characters.. 👏. Iskeliye aapko saath khoon maaf. 🤗👌. Rabi's father is an accurate portrayal of what fathers are like in real life. They aren't super heros or perfect men. They are flawed men learning a new thing every single minute. But they are also decent men who mean well, do things for their children and sometimes show their endearingly kind face to their kids. That is what makes a dad-child relationship so special. You cannot hate your parents despite everything. Rabi may see her father as an absent man, but as she grows in life, and starts to see him as a fellow human, she'll probably learn to understand that her father, though is a flawed man, is decent as well. And it is his silence that made Rabi the strong girl(woman) she is.
My New Year’s resolution was not to buy new clothes in 2025. I have already broke the resulation by ordering one desi and one western wear, but I am trying so hard to unfollow all the fashion and designer pages so I don’t get tempted to order more clothes.
I think the fiance of Shifa in Ghaer might turn out to be an abusive toxic partner for Shifa coz i refuse that such gurl will end up with a better lad. Lol.
I’m glad Ghair is ending soon. Replaced by Dasktak starring Sohai. And Feroz Kadri is finally back after Gumn after a personal struggle, he lost his mom 🙁 Excited for this one. I’ll watch anything with Sohai anyway since Motorcycle Girl. She is a true artist, one of the best in the industry.
The place where kubra was sitting is Bills in Wimbledon. The road behind Azaan, where he confronts kubra - you can see the restaurant - Tampopo. few mins review of hassan and ammna on iqtidar is more entertaining more than 2 episodes 😂😅 bt so disappointing to see such a terrible script and not building on huge popularity the leads hav got😢..hope it will improve in upcoming episodes
Now I'm fearing for that Netflix series as well. Its gonna be filled with cringe English dialogues and cringe deliveries with fake and made up wannabe and forced accents as well just like Barzakh was. their conversational english dialogues are so chidlish and cringe. PTV writers and script writers just dont have the skill to write an English script or show... Its entire different skillset. It will be the joke of the town on Netflix I fear.
Best to keep it in Urdu with subtitles as that is how I got introduced to your dramas via Netflix but with English subtitles, dramas such as Hum Safar, ZGH, Khaani ,Sadquay Tumhare all magnificent dramas and very engaging!
@@gerryburntwood9617 the writer and screenplay writer modernised and westernised it meaning there will be cringe dialogues that no one talks and or say in real life. The reason for it being modernised and westernised is because Netflix rejected Aangan which was supposed to be the original Pakistan's first ever Netflix Series citing failing to meet requirements and being too old school. Also now UA-cam provides same and bigger "global" viewership minus the $19.99 monthly injection. The audience that sticks with Pak shows on Netflix is same south asian diaspora and PTV is never stopping putting their content on UA-cam when it dominates the way it does.
Hassan & Amna I wanted to say this very long time when you started reviewing sun mere dil ghair and iqtidar I can see it frustrates you and uss as well Being a quality program you really need to filter the unhealthy content so that you and us both live in peace and those who want to listen to the reviews of such absurd dramas they can go somewhere else I would highly suggest to drop unhealthy or super absurd dramas Plzzzzzzz
I don’t think Haseeb is referring to you guys because you guys roast but you do that with a lot of shows. You also point out the positive. I think he’s referring to entertainment news portals and in particular those KDH team. There is something very targeted in the way they are reviewing. They keep saying we don’t want to but we have to. Why? They also take themselves way too seriously and the way that they have been humiliating has been excessive. I’ve never seen you guys do that. Don’t put yourselves in that category. Even your negative reviews are respectful. Theirs are not
They have to because their viewers especially request them to roast it. Read the comments. Their SMD roasting videos get the most views. I'm one of the viewer who followed them because of it 😅 The way they roast is not excessive, it is detailed. Everything they say is spot on.
Hassan video kay start mai bataya amna nau kay unko panic attack hua tha woh sunne kay baad he you didnt looked okay.. as if aap ko hua ho pehle attack. I realy hope you're doing well. Prayers for you. ❤
Love how when Aamna jee was calling Hassan sir cute, she herself was looking adorably cute n her dimple that only appears when she smiles widely on something she finds really hilarious, adorbs 😊😍😆
I think in TMNN, the fl's father might be responsible for that special child's father's death. I think that kid isn't his son, he takes care of the family out of guilt.
Hasan, if you have the time to watch first season of Squid Games and entire GoT again, then you definitely have time to watch Yaqeen ka safar. It’s gold standard of Pakistani drama. Don’t watch it for us, watch it for yourself. You will fall in love with the stories and characters. I just watch YKS every year for its magical feel. It starts as a harsh story but 17-18 episodes in, it’s beautiful
Amna I really appreciate your thoughtfulness about inflation and adore the way you promote simple living, simple marriage ceremonies and extra clothes❤ The way you are using your platform is amazing
MT is an excellent drama, with natural and well-executed accents. However, Kubra’s performance felt a bit overdone. Armeena and Kubra portrayed two households-one rich and one poor-which added contrast to their accents and the storyline. Please stop criticizing every drama; this one stands out from the rest. Jibraan and Armeena delivered outstanding performances, and they are not being portrayed as too young. One critique, though: regardless of the weather, the bus always arrives on time in these countries!!! One hand you want to bring different stories then you hate them. 😤 End of th day Jibraan look too handsome both time lines.
Completely agree. I thought most performances were good and everything is different. I know we have some bad dramas right now, but we do have some dramas to do stand out differently yet they’re still being criticized on things that are not that big even though they can’t be some of distracting. Armeena even posted she was nervous abt coming on screen and sh didn’t do a bad job. Also Jibran playinh thr father for Kubra is fine- he played a father of a teen-adult in Neem too. Diyar-e-Dil showed many generations of actors of the same age group.
It’s baffling how this director, once hyped as one of the "greats," gave us SMD, a show riddled with regressive, misogynistic writing and laughably subpar direction. From poor lighting and awkward angles to filters that made even Wahaj look unappealing (a feat in itself), the flaws in execution are endless and glaring. He has proven with SMD that he’s mediocre at best, or worse, depending on how generous you’re feeling. Yet, he’s drenched in narcissism, brushing off valid criticism as jealousy or paid negativity. 🤣🙌🏻 I’m glad Hasan subtly called him out. Someone needs to knock him off his high horse so he can finally face reality. 🔥😎🙌🏻
Thank you Hasan, Aamna and SH!! Always a pleasure simply just listening to you both converse! Love the bond between you both! God bless❤❤ I've watched squid games season 1 and just completed season 2. A must MUST WATCH. Season 2 started off a bit slow, but dont get discouraged, and keep watching.. it only keeps getting better and better!! Would love to hear your thots and views on it!!
From what I can see and understand, Armeena’s eyelashes have topped up eyeshadow. Usually when you are redoing your makeup and re apply your eyeshadow but don’t reapply your mascara, it creates this effect. It is because eyeshadows are generally powders and it just flies around and gets stuck

It’s disappointing that TMNN is such an excellent drama, yet it doesn’t get the views it deserves. It seems to lack the entertainment factor.
It doesn't lack entertainment value but rather stereotypical tropes are missing in the drama.
I love how warshma was showing her phone to Hassan Bhai n Amma! Don't edit this stuff. It brings a "realness" edge to the review!! And please one day ask warshma to join u both!! 😊
Yes I loved that all interaction
@ true I feel the same. They’re now dragging it for views. I hope there’s a reason for them to show mehru living there let’s see what they pull now
Tan man neel o neel is just perfection❤
Hassan looks so handsome today, but he looks so down, bored and not in mood .
I cannot get enough of tan man neel o neel. It touches your heart in so many ways. I have become a big fan of Seher Khan, what a sensational talent. More power to her!
And what an episode of Tan Man....the scene b/w Nadia Afgan and Nauman. Wah.
Hey Aamna…! The minute you say salam, after you two’s matching outfits, I noticed the plant behind you.
Look… you’ve replied to me right away 🥰
Love you both.❤
Desperately waiting for YKS review Aamna ji I so want to hear your thoughts on how immaculate that show is
Hassan bhai🎉🎉 I did clapping for u!! When I heard ur nail polish change theory in iqtidat review. Wah wah!!! 🎉🎉
Yeah awesome😂
Thank you Hassan. Waisay tou meri 7 saal pehle hogayi shaadi but I will take the Mubarak 🎉
I would say “the best comment” 😂

Ur name represents Ur personality
In the first 2 minutes I knew there is something on Hassan’s mind, I’m glad Aamna asked him, so he cleared his mind. Much love to both of you ❤️ take care Hassan
Unfortunately our audiences are hooked on such crappy content that they aren’t appreciative about such a beautiful show like TMNN which is a like a rare gem being televised on PTV.Kudos to the entire team of TMNN👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Sehar Kahn is a brilliant actor in Pakistan
Guys, do a haute gold on Yakeen ka Safar . These days, apart from a few, most series are trash, so why not watch a quality series from past ❤
If they do YKS before Dastaan, Daam or Durre Shewar, I will quit SH.
durre shehwar and dastan,, omg
these two shows are masterpieces
@nkhan8933 what 😂 why? Actually, they haven't even watched YKS. They have watched daam and Dastaan. Amna once said she won't watch Dur e shahwar cuz it seems like a typical saas bahu saga. Her cousin told her she is missing out, its more than that.
@@SearchingfordramaI understand Dastaan is a heavy watch, but Daam!? They love Mehreen Jabbar yet they will not review it. Durre shewar is so amazing, I swear I can rewatch it 10 times.
Hassan you seem so down 🥺 I hope you are okay. Take care of yourself. May Allah bless you with eternal happiness Ameen
This drama has lost plot. Her revenge is crying in the corner
Tan Man is phenomenal!!!
Haute reviews are my favourite watch that I wait for but Haute bites is the best…when can we expect the next one? Lots to talk about and your commentary is amazing 🤩
First time mjhe ksi male character ne rula diya... Noman Masood sahab from Tan man neel o neel. When he cried.... uffff
I am speechless when it comes to TMNN. An absolute treat to watch. What an exquisite display of human emotions and relationships. Love it to bits! ❤
Ghair: so all shifa needed was a hottie to forget Salis😂
The way she was looking at Sikandar was 😂
Hassan I hope everything is well on your end ❤sending love.
Totally get Hassan’s frustration with the narcissist director and actors! Honestly, the day you guys stop roasting dramas and giving them screen time like Sun Mera Dil, Meri Tanhai, Iqtidar, Tere Bin, etc... the makers will realize they’re not doing everything right and just stop making them 😜😜
going by its teaser, Dastak is another ghissi pitti storyline of phus phussi aurat jiski shaadi ho jati hai who says aurat ka bs yehi kaam hota hai life mein, its same ghissi pitti story of a cheating husband and a loveless marriage and that aurat falling in love her real love who will "heal" her.
pyare hasan humein chorein, aap btayein aap theek hian ? missed the usual energy today
Saher in TMNN comes through as a younger version of Sajal...excellent acting
Seher khan nay dil khush kar dia. Itni umda acting she is one of the best actresses on tv right now in such a young age.
Hassan, you appear so down today and not your usual bubbly self. I hope everything is going well with you.
In love with Tan man neelo neel! ❤ hats off to Mustafa Afridi, Saifi Hassan and all the actors! Superb job!
Hassan and amna ap logun ko haseeb aur yasir ko answer krny ke bhi zrort nai just saw a post on galaxy aur public ney jo response dia I think us sy haseeb hassan ke ankhien khul jani chahiyien yes they are not important even their masterpiece is not that important so chill krien we are with you guyz❤
That’s why I love Something Haute, you guys roast mainstream dramas, call out narcissistic people, and I enjoy every single episode!!❤🎉
ہر بہت اچھے ڈرامے اور ہر بہت برے ڈرامے کے بعد جو اس ریویو کا لطف ہوتا ہے وہ ناقابل بیان ہے۔
جیئیں آمنہ اور حسن ♥️♥️
Amna noticed nails change in Iqtidar, did she notice Roshi's dress change at office in MSM?
She did and she even mentioned it
My New Year’s resolution was not to buy new clothes in 2025.
Lol.
Sadly in the real world it’s usually the baddies who win look at the Zionist in occupied Palestine!
11:30 Hassan sounds tired and not too excited !
I totally get Hassan’s pun: The actors have a role (impact) on the role (character) they play.
TMNON is beautiful & just perfection.. yes this epi belongs to Numan Masood, absolute steller performance
Love the care and attention Hassan shows Aamna. Just saw the intro and had to comment. ❤
Before beginning to watch any Drama serial, the review by you people becomes a really time saviour ,rather than watching something which is useless.
Aamna doesn't mind jibran acting a role of 20s but Armina ki dfaa she feels she looks older. Aamna really doesn't make sense mostly, these days. Jeez.
The southbank walk was so unrealistic, there aren't any grocery shops near southbank, let alone an asian
Wishing all the best to Hassan, he didn’t seem like his usual self.. take care
Tmnon: simply beautiful, writing, performances, production, burning is fantastic! Seher khan is amazing, super talented!
The place where kubra was sitting is Bills in Wimbledon. The road behind Azaan, where he confronts kubra - you can see the restaurant - Tampopo.
The place she works at is the pet shop on main Wimbledon broadway and Azaan works at the estate agency across the road from the pet shop called Edison whit.
Sorry that’s Eddison White
few mins review of hassan and ammna on iqtidar is more entertaining more than 2 episodes 😂😅
bt so disappointing to see such a terrible script and not building on huge popularity the leads hav got😢..hope it will improve in upcoming episodes
Hassan & Amna
I wanted to say this very long time when you started reviewing sun mere dil ghair and iqtidar
I can see it frustrates you and uss as well
Being a quality program you really need to filter the unhealthy content so that you and us both live in peace and those who want to listen to the reviews of such absurd dramas they can go somewhere else
I would highly suggest to drop unhealthy or super absurd dramas
Plzzzzzzz
Agreed
JazakALLAH Hassan sir for ur kind words n asking us how we are. ❤
I'm one of the viewer who followed them because of it 😅
The way they roast is not excessive, it is detailed.
End of th day Jibraan look too handsome both time lines.
Same, i first watched Squid Game S1 and than I watched S2 and that enhances the experience
I’m glad Hasan subtly called him out. Someone needs to knock him off his high horse so he can finally face reality. 🔥😎🙌🏻
Just wanted to say Amna looks really cute and so young in her new hairdo.
Need a special Haute Review for Yaqeen Ka Safar Aamna and Hassan.
Thank you Hasan, Aamna and SH!! Always a pleasure simply just listening to you both converse! Love the bond between you both! God bless❤❤
I've watched squid games season 1 and just completed season 2.
