Just so it's clear: About an hour before this, they had kidnapped Gatsby in the exact same scenario, however she denied to do it due to not knowing if it's a rule break. Kebun asked, and it was confirmed that it would be allowed only for "Major instances". So they redid it... take 2

She only didn't want to do it because she was worried she would get banned, they cleared it with an admin and told her OCC so they did it again.
She wasn't sure if it was a rule break or not, so Kebun contacted admins and got the go ahead. This is them pretty much restarting the scenario.
An admin confirmed she is allowed to make a state announcement

K still was super cool. he could have killed her and dumped her. but chose to let it go knowing she probably didn't know the rules
Nobody had a chat with her. She had reasonable concerns about possibly getting banned
@topgeorge6908 Yeah, it was a bag of shit that got dumped on her lap. Given the fact that Global announcements are usually strictly regulated. Kebun, to his credit, didn't force the issue.
Hope this gets her banned, her verdicts are on par with all the other judges, terrible!
