Pile 2, I am a bit afraid that my mental health struggles and nervous system struggles are due to the depletion from over productivity. But at the same time, I really want to achieve and can't imagine my life without it. It also brings me fulfillment to do and achieve, just not really when I am overloaded. And I do love doing what I do. I just feel pressured a lot of times by time, and that's what makes it painful.
Pile 3 - been doing the small business things for a few years now with little luck at building my business. I decided a few months back to take a different approach. I feel it coming to fruition. I know I am a good manifestor. But I am scared of manifesting. When I was a young teen, I liked a guy a lot. I almost started to live like we were together and in the end we got together. I was so happy at first. But I soon realized how it was a terrible idea. He was the topper of my class, so i thought he'd be good. But nah. He was narcissistic, abusive, controlling, terrible. I couldn't breathe without his permission and no one saw it from the outside. When I reacted, they thought I am bad. I somehow broke up after 4 years.
It's not that I can't manifest. I just don't want to manifest things which aren't meant for me. And I don't have any clarity on what is actually meant for me.

I have been struggling with finding a platform or a solid base where I could publish and explore my writing (also trying to find what it is that I need to pursue in my art). Last month I found such platform where I have published my first work and it got a lot of positive response from the audience. And even though I know it is what I'm good at and what I need to exlpore and develop more, I still struggle to actually sit down and finish another project. (kinda like executive disfunction) Now I am learning to be commited to my craft without burning out. I study how I can balance my energy levels and make things done no matter the disfunction. I do think a lot about what surrounds my craft and judge it at times which I know is not helpful so I really try to just let it happen. I go with a flow in writing and that is when it actually works. Thanks for your videos, they have a lot of insight, I'm grateful there's a creator on UA-cam like you!
