Your eagle analogy at the end moved me so deeply because not long ago, I was kayaking with a good friend, and right next to our kayak, an eagle swooped into the water and picked up a fish. The eagle was maybe 10 meters away from us. Then, two weeks later, I was at a local nature reserve and witnessed an eagle stealing food from vultures - again right in front of me, and I was the only one to witness it. Truly incredible. Oh my gosh #3 you got it all down to a t, I had a problem with my inner child but I recently forgave her as it was not her fault at all to what I saw and believed after so so many years. And I have a sea serpent tattoo that represents with the rest of my tattoo about me what I've been through. What I like and dislike. I am suffering from myself as to what's been done to me, the suffering and that I'm getting help from a therapist I've managed to get and other organisations with mental health crisis team finally after all my life helping me and taking me seriously with empathy.

Pile 3 I believe all of it had to do with my previous job. I felt bullied, overwhelmed and overworked and nothing to show for it. I decided to finally retire at age 62 and 36 1/2 years working in the same facility that I felt it was time to go. I think that's the celebration and healing of message 1 and 2.
