why can't life be as exciting as the wonderful videogames we were playing when we were young? thanks to all developers who gave us the possibility to dream deeper and wider.
I can't tell if the end cutscene where Toan and Xiao run off towards Norune during the festival is supposed to represent the altered timeline where Seda rebuilds a new world instead of allowing hate and darkness to consume him, or if it's just showing the state of the world as they left it: rebuilding and rejoicing.
What can I say ? Best PS2 game together with Grandia 2 and Kingdom Hearts! (IMO of course) So sad that there is nowadays not such good games like these games anymore :,( Miss the old times...
Honestly, without trying to offend you, because, of course everyone likes their own stuff. I used to like Kingdom Hearts but it got so cringy for me that I just couldn't handle :(
5 years ago I went to buy this game. Unfortunately, all the stores I went to didn't have it, though some had Dark Cloud 2, so I got that instead. I wasn't disappointed with it. At all. It was, and still is, the best game I played yet. I'm sure this Dark Cloud is just as good.
@SupremeThroneXumot Agreed, but the game DID have awesome fighting scenes. the duels were in my opinion some of the coolest fighting scenes. I loved them, and I was always disappointed that they weren't in Dark Cloud 2.
@MrAfroknowledge well my friend, in that day it wasnt. Today it is. XD its funny, i played this ps1 game of bombing islands and it has MILD animated violence o,o all your doing is going around, pushing bombs (mind you graphics arent great but were in the day) and you blow them up. If you were in the way you would just fall off. I mean the rateings in that day werent meant to be followed XD today they are sadly.
@SupremeThroneXumot ...um, actualy, this game had good graphics for it's time...and what are you talking about "people now adays obsess over graphics and if it doesn't have good graphics it sucks"? the most popular free mmo right now is runescape and the most popular beta is minecraft... so to just say "people nowa days only like good graphics" is going way to far... sure there's gamers like that out there, but it by far is NOT the majoraty of gamers.

After beating the final boss and having this song play, I felt so accomplished and satisfied yet I wanted more to continue!
