6500 is the avg price for sft in kondapur,and after negotiation the price can be decreased.

I stay in kondapur besides my home mangala. The apartment in which I am staying is a new one which I bought for 6400 for Sft exactly around 3 months ago. So I dont think prices can go up by 1400rs for sft in only 3 months.
But hey I am not blaming you ,after all you are doing your job. But good luck to the builder trying to scam the customers .
