@@CarlosLobo-b1j- here is what GPT told me: Using GPT to output flash cards in a tabular format and then importing them to Quizlet can be done by following a few steps. Here's a general outline of the process: 1. Prepare your flash card content: Write down the questions and corresponding answers you want to include in your flash cards. 2. Use GPT to generate the tabular format: You can utilize GPT, similar to how you're conversing with me, to generate the flash card content in a tabular format. Specify the question and answer structure, and GPT can generate the content accordingly. 3. Format the output: Once you have the generated flash card content, you'll need to format it into a tabular structure. This typically involves arranging the questions and answers into columns or rows, depending on your desired format. 4. Import to Quizlet: After formatting the flash cards, you can import them into Quizlet. Quizlet offers various options for importing flash cards, such as using a spreadsheet format (CSV, XLSX) or copying and pasting the content directly. By using GPT to generate the flash card content and then formatting it into a tabular structure, you can streamline the process of creating flash cards and import them into Quizlet more efficiently.
one thing you might miss is chatGPT:s ability to correct you, e.g. if learning french vocabulary, when u get it wrong it can tell you what the word you typed means. I use this, and although not as systematic as the dedicated apps, I like that aspect. Another way to work with the words or phrases to train is to ask chatGPT to put them in a sentence, which you get to translate, either from/to your language. That way you can attack them from several angles so to speak, and thus bind them inte your brain faster in my experience. I'd love to have this loose style conversation but at the same time have some more structured way of putting in the glossary which you want to practice, and keeping track on progress, like the 5-boxes system where you're required to answer right 5 times for each word before it's considered known. Each session you'd just ask for a batch of words/phrases and work on those. Input would either be manually, or input from a web extension which picks all words you translate when reading a forreign text on the web. (so there you go for an app idea folks... 🙂)
incredibly useful info as always! keep up the great work! It's getting increasingly difficult for me to find use cases for plugins, but you always sum it up and have way better ideas than i do 😅
OpenAI has a code interpreter plugin that is in alpha release at the moment. However, my favourite code/programming assistant is Codeium. I've tested a few of them, and Codeium is the most comprehensive tool for development. They have browser and IDE plugins as well. Also another great tool if you are using a Mac for development is Warp. It's basically your cmd terminal but on steroids. It uses AI to explain or debug terminal responses, along with some other great features.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this matter, especially if you have any insider information or access to details that we aren't privy to. Your dedication and thoroughness are truly remarkable!
I think that the the vision upgrade, dall-3 and code interpreter are the real upgrades here and many people refer to the code interprete model as gpt 4.5.
Wow!! Another one, thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise!! You have truly helped me in so many ways. Forever grateful for all you do!! THANKS
AI in education? More like A+ in education, am I right? I've learned more from this video than I did in my entire high school computer science class. I mean, who needs a teacher when you've got plugins? Next thing you know, we'll have a plugin for making the perfect cup of coffee... oh wait, we already have that. It's called a barista. Keep up the great work, and remember, in the world of AI, there's no such thing as a 'syntax' error, only 'sin-tax' errors. They're the ones you make when you've been coding so long you start seeing semicolons in your sleep. Cheers!
The fact that LLMs could not point to information sources was a major limitation. Is it now behind us or the results of the GPTs remain basically context-collapsed? (leaving the user not knowing where it took the information from?).
If you give context - either inputting it yourselves or with what a plugin some other context retreival mechanism, it's more probable info is taken from that context. But there's no guarantee - the context could be mismatched to the question, or the LLM could still fill in with "good words" from its internal stored whatever. Remember we don't really know how LLM:s store info and retreive it - how it's structured in concepts, how these interplay when generating etc - so there's any number of ways it could fill in the gaps so to speak. The apps I've seen can just say which context was included to the prompt, and where those bits came from. For many use cases that still goes a long way, since you can then fact check against those sources.
I don't really get why I would need AI to use edx and describe what I search for. I'd rather search directly with a parametric search and set the parameters according to my needs. ChatGPT is already bloated which adds an unneccessary AI aspect to thingts that have been as easy beforehand.
How can I ensure that my duplicated Notion document remains synchronized with the original document and reflects any updates or new releases automatically? Regards from VIE
Uuuumm, good start but your database really needs work. Filtering is not working as expected. Why Notion? Drupal would have done a far superior job displaying and filtering the database
6:35 "It searches all of UA-cam's transcripts and provides you with that information..." It does not search all of UA-cam's transcripts. It can read the transcript of a UA-cam video when provided with the link to the video.
If you see a shield with a red stripe next to the plugin it is because it is not working right now. It happens with a lot of plugins. Some days they work, some days they stop working and then come back, etc. But that's the fault of Open AI or the developers of the plugins... When the guy recorded, the plugin was working. When you tested it, it didn't. Sure it can happen, but how is that his fault?
I like to use the flashcards plugin and tell it to make it to an adventure game where each boss is a card to remember
I have GPT output my flash cards in a tabular format, then import it to Quizlet. Works great.
Could you explain it a little more in detail? Thanks
What do you ask to generate the words?

Thanks man. I love it too

Same!
ask chatgpt to create it or code it
I'm making my own lectures as of recent. It's awesome. I'm currently working on learning music engineering.
Nice one! What plugins are you using to make your own lectures?
@SanderOM right now I'm only using wolfram. I haven't experimented with any other plugins really.

Can you let us know if there are any programming plugins who provide accurate code based on a set of rules you provide it?
Which plug in would you recommend for better programming or coding?

Great thank you for the list of plugins - very useful.
valuable information flavored with unique facial expressions

I was wondering if anybody knows: At 5:44 you can see the icon changed to a *T* and I don't know why it does that sometimes

What is the advantage of GPTs for education if they only provide summaries and not learning paths?
It does though. Check out the Giga Tutor plugin (Which was unfortunately down at the time of recording)

It can’t but this one I don’t update. It’s good enough already :)
