I actually like the tinted windows. For me it brings out the exterior theme so well while assuring privacy during the day.

This is a really nice well done property the architectural design is good no wasted spaces the other things like colors can be changed the only down side for this property is outdoor space is a bit small but again the roof top is there so this is a house i would recommend strongly . about the sink i think it is a good think i love it.

Lol why are u guys..specifically Willies always opposed to these dining vanities..they actually very crucial.. u can't just let everyone into the kitchen to wash hands there..especially for instance when u have dirty utensils on there..its in the dining for a reason
You can create a proper powder room where by, the sink is separated from the clock room… but it boils down to personal tastes and preferences
@MansaPlus yea but the guests don't have to walk all the way over to the powder room to wash hands before they eat..they need to wash where they sit..but it's true it's all about preferences but it's a vital piece to have
