Over beating
May be because of heat. Freeze the bowl, whipping cream and the blades of blender before you start the process. It won't curdle then.
@@971095able But i had freeze the bowl and blades. Also i done the beating process by keeping a bowl of ice cubes and water for nt becmng over heat. Still it curdle.
@@971095able the beating was good and cream was fluffy . After adding the icing sugar it is curdling.🤦♀️😣😣
