All six members of Jared & The Mill were born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and it remains their hometown to this day. The band has a deep love for the desert region, finding solace in wide open views and new life in gulps of fresh petrichor. Though often thrown under the Americana umbrella, the band’s blend of folk, blues, and country yields what they have dubbed, “Western indie.” It’s a lively, story-focused sound fit for interstate drives and led by harmonious singalongs.

Such amazing music. I saw Jared and Mill perform out in my home state and have been a fan since. I had the chance to meet the group out in Flagstaff this past year and see them perform again, and it was def one of my favorite concerts I have been to yet. This is only the beginning of their journey, these guys are going to go far no doubt.
Saw Jared and the Mill in Baltimore last year, looking forward to you guys coming back to the Balt/DC area in 2018!

They've recomposed this song into "Lost, Scared & Tired" on Orme Dugas and while I'm not crazy about it, them playing it live is still an absolute rush when they and the crowd all erupt into "AHHH!"

+The Sloth King Good country music does exist. But it's rare. Check out Chris Stapleton, Eric Church, Eric Pasley and Dierks Bentley for good mainstream country.
Check out Steve Moakler for a great artist whose written a bunch of country songs, but has his own very awesome style.
