mam i hv been following your recipes regularly , i will not say that there is no variety in recipes but honestly 40% of the recipes have same masala and cooking techniques..........it becomes very predictable but still i do enjoy your recipes because you do have a very nice way of explaining your recipes and above all a very positive aura
Even if the masala and cooking techniques are same all recipes taste diffferent...u should try and then comment
What more different masalas can u put in a indian dish ??
yes mam i hv tried most of non veg recipes with similar masalas and the taste was almost same ..........it was just my point of veiw nothing personnel

Just wanted to ask what to do with the oil used for frying chicken?
Even i was thinking same
Strain that oil and use it in your daily dishes or in biryani
Just strain it refill the oil bottle again,I just did 2 days ago after frying khatarnaak broast😂 I used coffee strainer paper 🙂
But the oil has got red coloured so much oil can only utilise when you make some chk similarly
We never reuse oil used to fry chicken. I don't know why.
Or you can use it to fry more chicken, but not for anything else.
