No, haven't noticed more noise, but I can imagine this would be really hard to notice unless you could quickly do an A/B comparison.

printed the mudflaps in 2019 with my 3D printer for my M3 red. Much smaller and more appealing than the standard elephant ears. No damage after 55k km on the red paint. Removed the std flaps from my current MY, they look so poor, could not stand them. No problem on the MY. Only exception where you need them: Alaska :-)

That's cool - do they look good? Many things I have seen with basic 3D printers need some extra finishing to remove those lines.

i got my mud flap from basenor on amazon...the scrape when going over speed bumps...this is stock height no lowering...does the evbase rub too?

Thanks Mark. Have the same car & was considering mud flaps. What are they made of? I was always concerned it would damage the paint over time, unless you have PPF on. There’s also the issue of them scarping on the ground.

Not sure exactly what they're made of, but they are very rubbery and don't really wrap around the fender to cause any damage. And they flex so much that it's no issue if they scrape on big speed bumps.
