A production by the Atlanta Club, a social club, featuring actresses holding signs representing each year of Hartsfield’s tenure as mayor followed by theatrical displays of his impact as mayor. The footage is silent but the years featured range from 1937-1961. Included are references to "Gone with the Wind"; Hartfield's special election as mayor in 1941; Atlanta Municipal Airport; the first Willie B. gorilla for the Atlanta Zoo (later Zoo Atlanta); Buckhead's annexation into the City of Atlanta; and other notable events during Hartfield's tenure.
