You are so right! I turned 59 yesterday and I ran 1/4 mile for the first time in years! I loved running! It's never too late to re-invent yourself! I've been and Accountant for 30 years and I am doing what I want to do! I'm Happy I found you!

The true treasures of life are love, curiosity and playing. We can only be said to be alive when we are conscious of our treasures. Your honesty is your superpower. This is one of my favourite episodes.

Also one thing to remember is the journey is the win. Once you find that thing that excites you and that you truly enjoy perusing, it’s the journey and process that is the win, not necessarily the end result. So at any age, you can quickly fall into your passion within 3-6months… be blessed! 🙏

I am 53 I am learning a new language, Italian 🇮🇹. I go to the gym 3 times a week. On holidays I go to the countryside. Explore nature and climb mountains ( not Mount Everest or Kilimanjaro 😂).

I love the fact you mentioned getting your car out on a track 🙌🏽 That’s been my dream since I was 10 years old and 25 years later I finally began doing HPDE/open track days in my Porsche Cayman this year. It’s changed my life! Great advice, indeed…step out of your comfort zone and see what excites you!

I saw where someone compared the length of life to football quarters. 0-20 is 1st quarter. 21-40 is 2nd quarter. 41-60 is 3rd quarter. 61 + is 4th quarter.

That's an interesting comparison! It really puts things into perspective.

Video is informative & helpful, but I observed one mistake while explaining the logic of doing something you don't like - 22 + 28 is 50 & not 60. Please edit if possible.

long time ago they told us that rats that live in enriched environments live longer than rats that don't, my theory is they wanted to more than the rats that weren't endowed.
