@@SeraphielMLBB I'm going to list a few things that Mussolini did. Before Mussolini came to power, Italy was an extremely backward country (and because of that, was weak, poor, broken and a forgotten country, then Mussolini changed all that), the industrialization, for example, had not actually arrived in Italy yet. The country was well divided, the people, in fact, were kind of ruled by mini-states within Italy and the population didn't have the slightest patriotism, on the contrary, they were very separatist and regionalists. The Italian mafia is at its peak before Mussolini, but when he came to power he extinguished totally the mafia. Mussolini made the Labour Charter of 1927 Once in power, Mussolini ordered the Construction of bridges, canals, 2,485-mile (4,000 km) highways, hospitals, schools, railway stations and orphanages (These things, before Benito, existed in small quantities, and in very poor quality). Forests were planted and universities benefited. The Pontin swamps (near Rome) were drained and 310 miles (803 km ²) of land recovered (All of these constructions were part of a project by Mussolini in the 1920s, This project was unparalleled in modern Europe at that time). And Mussolini did the National Self-Reliance program, where agriculture was a subsidy and regulated.

"Years ago you spoke to me in Rome. I was an interesting person then. Now I am defunct. But I am not afraid anymore. Death is a thank you letter to God, who has suffered so much." -Mussolini to an old friend in 1945.
"They are Italians, and they are fighting bravely. That is all that matters." -Mussolini when informed an Italian allied unit was making progress against the Germans.
"I have no illusions about my fate. When it is over they will spit on me, but perhaps later they will wipe me clean. And then I shall smile because I will be at peace with my people." -Mussolini, late 1944

@@SeraphielMLBB Definitely not, just like Hitler, Mussolini made your country a world potency. There would be no point in creating a whole new nationalist ideology just to rise to power. And it wouldn't make any sense for Mussolini (if he was really like you say) to make so many measures that would benefit the entire Italian nation (including the people).
You can't judge a story without knowing both sides of it...
Mussolini made the Labour Charter of 1927
Once in power, Mussolini ordered the Construction of bridges, canals, 2,485-mile (4,000 km) highways, hospitals, schools, railway stations and orphanages (These things, before Benito, existed in small quantities, and in very poor quality).
According to the Catholic Church Mussolini IS in Heaven. Do with that what you will.
I mean I don't know what you're referring to but the only people who are confirmed to be in heaven are the obvious canidents and the saints

Lyrics:
I used to rule the world
Seas would rise when I gave the word
Now in the morning, I sleep alone
Sweep the streets I used to own
I used to roll the dice
Feel the fear in my enemy's eyes
Listen as the crowd would sing
Now the old king is dead, long live the king
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand
I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing
Roman Cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can't explain
Once you go there was never, never an honest word
And that was when I ruled the world
It was a wicked and wild wind
Blew down the doors to let me in
Shattered windows and the sound of drums
People couldn't believe what I'd become
Revolutionaries wait
For my head on a silver plate
Just a puppet on a lonely string
Oh, who would ever want to be king?
I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing
Roman Calvary choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can't explain
I know Saint Peter won't call my name
Never an honest word
But that was when I ruled the world
Oh-oh-oh, oh-oh, oh
Oh-oh-oh, oh-oh, oh
Oh-oh-oh, oh-oh, oh
Oh-oh-oh, oh-oh, oh
Oh-oh-oh, oh-oh, oh
I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing
Roman Calvary choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can't explain
I know Saint Peter won't call my name
Never an honest word
But that was when I ruled the world
Nah you got it all wrong
Actual lyrics:
I used to rule the world
Chunks would load when I gave the word
Now every night I go stow away
Hide from the mobs I used to slay
They once were terrified
Every time I looked into their eyes
Villagers would cheer my way
For a hero I was, that's what they'd say
One minute we had it all
Next our world began to fall
Away from all that it had once become
They all cried for my help, but I stood there numb
I gaze off into the boundless skyline
Noteblock choirs playing in the sunshine
Turn 'round pick up my sword and wield
The blade that once forced evil mobs to yield
And hope one day that this chaos and
Destruction turns for the better
Never a bow in hand
That was when I ruled the land
It was the creepers and Skeletons
Blew down the doors and boxed us in
Arrows whizzing by like streaks of light
I tried all that I could to stay and fight
As the undead roamed the street
Families broken at my feet
Life itself suspended by a thread
Oh, why is it that I wasn't dead
I gaze off into the boundless skyline
Noteblock choirs playing in the sunshine
Turn 'round pick up my sword and wield
The blade that once forced evil mobs to yield
If this battle should leave me slain
I know Herobrine will call my name
Better to take a stand
That was when I ruled the land
I gaze off into the boundless skyline
Noteblock choirs playing in the sunshine
Turn 'round pick up my sword and wield
The blade that once forced evil mobs to yield
If this battle should leave me slain
I know Herobrine will call my name
Better to take a stand
That was when I ruled the land
Now all we need is a movie about Stalin, Herohito, FDR and Winston Churchill and the saga will be complete
