Just a bit careful when you talk about stamp duty that you are specific to England. As the stamp in Wales have different calculation, e.g. the 3% additional rate in England is 4% at wales
What form to fill in case of inhabitable house to claim back the extra 3% stamp duty paid? Thanks
You will need to put forward a good argument for why the property was uninhabitable and then speak with your solicitor
