To be charged as a felony, in NY prosecutors must also show that the offender intended to "commit another crime” with the false business records.
That other crime was violating NY election law.

Well, I can't speak to Biden's policies here, but it wasn't Trump's policies that kept housing inexpensive. It was inflation (that began under Trump) as well as price gouging. Rental companies all use the same computer algorithm to price apartments so there's no real competition and no reason for them to reduce prices. We either pay the prices they want us too, or we are homeless.
