How to turn toilet rolls into arty bracelets

Step by step tutorial showing you three creative ways to turn a toilet roll into a beautiful bracelet.
1. Use acrylic paint or poster paint. Then varnish if you wish to protect it.
2. Use cut up pieces of paper and glue them onto the roll. Varnish if you wish to protect it.
3. Use pieces of fabric and mod podge to cover and decorate the cardboard roll.
Finish each bracelet off with either ribbon, cord, thong or even string so that you can tie it to your wrist.
