Summer I’ve been a follower of 4 years. I began my plant journey since 2020 and have not looked back. I’ve always enjoyed your work and I am very happy to see you back again. Hope to see you more often. ❤ from Australia
This was nostalgic. From your first unboxing to now I always come back to Steve's Leaves for plants no matter how much time has passed. Thank you for introducing me years ago 🙏😌✨
7 years?! Wow just confirmed how long my plant obsession has been! Your channel was my first favorite channel on youtube when i started! Thank you for teaching me so much!
Raise your hand if you want to see more off the 365 plant house care!! This is how I fall in love with plants and I started a plant shop with my brother ❤
So nice to see more unboxings! What happened to your collection of houseplants -- would love a real update of what your apartment now looks like after you've moved, what survived and what you had to lose.
Hi Summer, ah the old days. Love your background btw and the sound of the fauna is wonderful I can only imagine the peaceful and quiet mornings you guys have😊
I was just wondering if you were still making videos and this popped up! Love your videos! Because of you, I buy Steve's Leaves plants! Just bought a Hoya Sunrise from him!
I've never tried Steve's leaves.. I'll have to check him out. That begonia is amazing. I love begonias and all the textures and colors. So many great varieties.
Hi Summer Rayne, l love the plants you chose. Steve's Leaves is one of my favorite nurserys to purchase from. I'm waiting for my Begonia Sinbad and Ric Rack cactus to arrive from them. ❤
I always enjoy your videos! I love Steve’s Leaves too! I actually have an order placed with them and I had also purchased these exact 2 peperomias. 😍 I’m looking forward to receiving them a long with my other items. Steve’s is like Lays chips you cant get just one! 😂
I’m so glad you put this up here because there is a Begonia that I’ve been looking for. He carries it but it’s sold out. Hopefully he will get it back in. I just didn’t realise he had so many begonias and I’ve always loved watching your videos from way back, thank you.
I have yet to buy from Steve’s Leaves, but you’re not the first person I heard about him. One of my commenters on a video of mine told me about it, so I go out to their nursery a lot to see if I want anything mainly (Begonia’s). 😊 Glad to see you unboxing!
I've been following you a long time and the journey has always been enjoyable! If it weren't for you. I may never have known of Steve's leaves. I enjoy Begonia's. I fantasize about the what if B. bipinnatifida could be crossed into the Angel wings. How interesting the progeny possibility could be? Enjoyed the episode! 💙
I have both of the last two peperomia that you showed. The parallel I have had for two years. Every time it gets new growth, the stem behind the new growth will turn brown and the new leaves fall off. I have treated at different times using Captain Jacks Dead Bug Brew and also Pure Crop 1. It grows in good soil in a pot with drainage and is on a shelf under grow lights. I would appreciate your opinion about this. Thanks for another great video!
Unfortunately, that can happen with any nursery unless they're using very intense pesticides. Pests can literally come in on customers/employee clothing, lay eggs, and go undetected till they hatch in route to a customer. I'd personally rather deal with the risk of pests than intense pesticides
@@hefoxed please don't be an incompetent's apologist. if i could spray thousands of tonnes of apples for HUMAN CONSUMPTION w/ organophosphates, like 90% of every damn thing you eat, any plant grower can properly quarantine and treat their stock before shipout, w/ less 'dangerous' or 'intense' pesticide. (because all pesticides are evil, like all chemicals, right? have fun with the microplastics and hormone disruptors in every gulp of water you drink, whoooo boy....). but it requires not being cheap, or lazy. i actually had no recourse but to resort to using 'no pest strips' (an amazingly quick and total fix, btw) in my living room tanks to steve's leaves, costa, and hirts. because spinosad and safers simply weren't enough, or practical, at my scale. ALL ARE PEST FACTORIES. there's no excuse/reason why the end consumer should have to quarantine every single purchase or risk losing hundreds if not thousands of dollars. i'm never buying a plant again unless i can actually see it in person prior to purchase. and people should start forcing all of these clowns to stop performing like 3rd rate amateur hacks. by suing their pants off for spreading pests and diseases under the guise of 'doing business'. buy local, folks. stop the spread of thrips/mites/mealys to nearly every plant hobbyists for no reason other than the laziness of 'businessmen/women'. effing pathetic.
I just copied you on the dischidia-only 2 left. I already used my Summerrayne15, but had a 10% off in my emails. Thank you, I would've never found Steve's on my own.

Love your videos. You are beautiful don't need to fill
What does “pinching back mean”?

one order from steve's leaves was enough for me. mites EVERYWHERE. spider and flat. nearly wiped out over 100 pots/plants. never again.

Isolate all plants before adding them to your collection. This is how you treat and monitor just in case.

Nice selection…BTW maybe consider reposting the 365 Days of Houseplants, it was such a good series! 🌱🪴🌿
