25 years later and I have two observations from this scene:
1. Cheers to Cliff for successfully setting the bar so low that showing Jane no more courtesy than he would show a stranger is enough for her to give him another chance.
2. That's the slowest elevator in the world. It goes between only two floors.
I literally looked this scene up just for point number two because that thought lingers in my head from time to time haha. And if I remember correctly, didn't Cliff live on the first floor?
and then they died of COVID-19. The End.
My Cliff and I reconnected for a short time this past fall. Our time together will always be some of my favorite memories in life. I love you CJ ❤️🐻🧩🐝❤️
She loved him the whole time. I love a good ending
funny thing is that building is so damn tiny there is absolutely no need for an elevator

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
When Dick was serenading Janet, he was mimicking that David Bowie song, "Starman." That was so hilarious! Ha, ha, ha. I love Seattle! Go Huskies! AC current totally.
Perfect ending.

The replacements rule!
i would like to know what cameron crowes motivation was here.
saying bless you is what impressed her enough to get her back?
the bar is in hell.
It’s that we all give up on love too quickly before the other person has a chance to redeem themselves from the shared universal faults we all are guilty of, which makes up the human condition. And we can’t choose who we love, even the person who we’re hoping will come around to being the person we hope them to be so as to justify our love for them. Often times that doesn’t happen, but our hearts need to stay open for those rare fleeting moments when it does, so we don’t miss it from giving up on love too quickly before the person we love has a chance to potentially see it too.
What if Janet gives Cliff her cold?
they kiss aww.
❤️💞❤️💞
Were does this remind you of 🤔 oh yeah because this reminds me from big time rush when Kendall and Lucy kissed on THE ELEVATOR
O
It is so hard to fathom that this is 30 years ago, and I went from being a 21-year-old kid to being 50, and the people who this movie was about have kids who are now 30, and they are 60.

We are still young …❤
