- Some rare photos from my collections of magazines from the 70/ 80's. I chose the pictures which I don't see on the internet and moslty heavy model and only in fabric livery for demo/show ,test or commercial. All photos after my own computer processing for better quality.
In the right corner of the publication year the photos.
On the photo all truck from FIAT V.I. (from 1975 as IVECO) with cab introduced in 1970.Trucks were produced also under the brand name Magirus ,OM, and Unic ,which were owned FIAT and after 1975 IVECO group.
Modernization that cab was in 1975 , 77, 80, 85 and 1990.From 1992 replaced by EuroTech cab.Today still in production In Russia at Ural factory .This is longest produced european cab (46 years) .
DAF F249 is longest produced cab in one european factory (29 years) and Kenworth K100 cab (now K200 in Australia) longest in the world = 55 years from 1961 !

I think these are best looking european trucks of that era, just so simple and clean design.
Love that tipper at 0:30, the colours and trilex wheels just look so good.

Magirus-Deutz Baubulle/IVECO N bonneted trucks/Magirus low clearance fireladder truck 1971-2003
OM X-Series/IVECO/Zastava (Turbo/Euro-)Zeta 1972-2009 and maybe still ongoing if Zastava Tervo restarts production of the EuroZeta. This would also make it the oldest model of the old IVECO range that is still more or less identical as it was in the 70ies.

Next video / slide will be with Scania 2 series , after Renault R/Major and I think in next month all video about IVECO TurboStar only.Other classic truck (with Volvo F10/F12 ofcourse) in october-november. I have do it 1000+ photo scans from my collections magazins ,but I need many time for computer procesing that scans.

My childhood returned. Unfortunately 1996 wheelchair as I live I will no longer drive, but it is very nice to see you these pictures videos!
