- Piers Morgan Uncensored is joined by journalist and author Douglas Murray, Canadian-Palestinian Doctor Dr Izzeldin Abuelaish and co-founder of the Muslim Debate Initiative Abdullah Al Andalusi to react to Piers' controversial interview with Islamic extremist and NHS doctor Abdul Wahid on yesterday's episode after he refused to call Hamas' attack on October 7th a terrorist attack.
Piers begins by asking what Izzeldin thought of Abdul's interview yesterday, and whether he feels comfortable having an NHS worker who supports terrorism. Izzeldin explains that Jihad is used when talking about fighting against evil, not always within the context of terrorism which is the popularly Westernised definition of the word.
Piers asks Abdullah whether he thinks the October 7th attack was a terrorist act. Abdullah explains that by Piers' definition of terrorism (the mass killing of innocent civilians) it would be - but points out the same should apply to rthe IDF's killing of innocent Palestinian civilians in Gaza. Douglas contests this, explaining that it is not calculated attacks on civilians unlike Hamas' and that Israel is trying to target the terrorist organisation.

I think it is pretty clear that the Nazis were on the offence, and the British were reacting to actions taken by the Nazis. If the Nazis had not gone on the offence, there would be no need to respond. And when they respond, there will definitely be civilian casualties.
Hamas initiated Oct 7 even as the Middle East was trying to seek a peaceful solution and there were strides being made and plans to help build up Gaza if they could stop firing those rockets they fire all the time into Israel. Israel would not have need to do what they are doing now if Hamas had not triggered the whole avalanche of events.
Hamas and Nazi committed acts of terror because they initiated these attacks on civilians who were unarmed, harmless and it was unwarranted. The armies of Britain and Israel were launching defensive moves to protect civilians. In Israel’s case, we can see how even when a Ceasefire was negotiated, Hamas did not respect the ceasefire and there was an attack on Jews again in Israel by them during the ceasefire. There is a pattern and you can talk over civilised people all you want, but I’m with Israel on this.

I find it surprising that there is almost no demand for Hamas to stop using civilians as shields, to lay down its arms, and to surrender. If Hamas had done this, the conflict could have ended a month or six weeks ago. Yet, it seems that no demands are being made of the aggressor, while the victim faces numerous demands. How can this situation be justified?
