- USING FELT FOR MAKING FASCINATORS | Making Felt Trimmings To Embellish Hats | Didsbury Art Studio
In this video I make felt flowers to be used on felt fascinator bases and I'll share with you how I play around with ideas. This video is about creations not necessarily hand stitching the hat together. (I mainly use a glue gun)
I will do another video next week on developing and embellishing these further...😀

What do you work as?
After doing my Textiles degree I did my PGCE training in London to become an Art and Design Secondary School Teacher. Currently, I work in a hospital teaching Art part-time to 16-18 year olds. In addition, also teach art in my studio on Saturdays and I offer textile workshops to schools. I set up this channel in April 2020 after being furloughed during Lockdown but soon realised I really enjoyed designing, creating projects, filming and editing videos.

@@irairod5160 I AM NOT BEING RUDE SHE DID NOT GIVE DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO FASTEN IT TO YOUR HEAD. WHEN YOU GIVE DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE A PRODUCT YOU GIVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS.I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO LOOK UP ON OTHER UTUBE CHANNELS TO FINISH HER PRODUCTS.

Moreover, when she kindly took the time to reply that she would use a comb to fasten it, instead of saying "thank you' or asking if she had other videos showing fastening methods, you snapped back, "that wasn't in your instructions", all caps, and poorly marked. If you cannot comprehend the video's title, nor my comment---which was offered in clarification---that's on you. The lack of manners...also on you.
