When was this rocker stage torn down?

The House Stage shown here is actually a C-Stage, which was alternate version of the Rocker. From what I've read, the stage at this location was torn down by 1997, and reassembled into a 1 or 2 Stage. It was also the very last C Stage to exist. Since I was born in 1999, I never went to one that had these kind of stages.

The last location to have a C-Stage was actually Tacoma, WA. And it was torn down in 2003.
