I feel like cross-strung players are superheros 😂 so interesting to watch your hands and the different techniques required for reaching everything. Awesome cover!
Thank you! Not sure if I count as a super hero though. I started out on a cross-strung after playing piano for 15 years so pedal and lever harps are just as mystifying to me :D p.s I love you playing and singing.
I have only played a handful of cross strung harps. This one is made by Blevins (who don't make harps currently but someone might be selling one) and I've tried a Pheonix by Marc Brule in Belgium which is really nice. Stoney End also make some nice models.
There's a facebook group for cross-strung harps and a yahoo group called harperscrossing which is worth a look through. They're not widely played so there's not a huge amount of resources out there sadly
Your harp 's really got an amazing sound! This is so beautiful. Thank you for your arrangements, they always brighten my day.
Great performance, Greetings from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

I'm thinking about changing to cross-strung harp. Do you have any advice on what maker to choose?
