- Here we have a cab ride in Sounder F59PHI 911. We ride from Seattle, WA to Tacoma, WA in a warm Summer morning, roughly four years ago. Enjoy!

This video takes me back, man. A lot has changed since 2008, but I think I'll always appreciate this portion of the Seattle Sub.

Well only 35 miles. The bulk of it has changed dramatically since this video too. Still a great find though!

Obviously the head end ride was okay, the engineer stated that. I've had cab rides on the Amtrak San Joaquin trains in the cab car, (got to blow the horn too).
jeremykhn I got to do that on the Surfliner as well.
I got to sit up in cab 463 surfliner fleet my fave and pressed the horn!! But wow man your lucky!!!!! How did you get to do it?

At least 79. All of this today is way different now. Kind of crazy seeing how much of a change.
Camera zoom makes it appear much slower than it actually is. Trust me, in an F59, 79 mph feels like an Apollo launch.
