Pollinator Enhancement Study - Managing Pollinators in Your Community Garden

In a world where pollinators are threatened by manicured lawns, the Irish Peatland Conservation Council is investigating an alternative cost and time effective method of enhancing the numbers of pollinator friendly plants in your community garden through various management regimes. The project aims to understand the link between grassland management and pollinator biodiversity. This project was supported by Kildare County Council under the Heritage Grant Scheme 2020 and this video is published to celebrate National Heritage Week 2020.
