Very thorough presentation but, good lady, all the user manuals clearly state: DO NOT SCOOP OUT THE SLICED OR CHOPPED VEGGIES WITH YOUR HAND. Use a spatula for your own safety, as the blades are extremely sharp.

I seen a locking system in your centrifugal juice filter. U didn't locked before juicing. The locking system is just like mixer jar lid with jar. I seen. Just see the centrifugal juice inside,u can see the lock and fix.
Anyway u can see any vedio in which ,how they removing waste fruit portion from juicer if in case they didn't show how to fit. See any demo vedio for centrifugal juicing like inalsa food processor.

Yes you are using it in the wrong way, lock the strainer with attachments properly. I'm using this. It is wonderful
