This song is so dark and beautiful. The “Never again, and never again, they gave us two shots to the back of the head and we’re all dead now” bit hits different for some reason. I just love it.

Not me crying E V E R Y S I N G L E T I M E I listen to this song. AND I'VE HEARD IT FOR THE FIRST TIME WHEN I WAS 12 (15 years ago) The lyrics and the passion, the build up to the end and the intensity. The vocals. Man. Goosebumps.
The lyrics really bring out so much emotion and passion that is for sure ESPECIALLY when he is screaming

this song perfectly encapsulates that classic MCR sound. It's such a great ender to the album too.
Throughout the album, Gerard's vocals become more manic, like a psychotic descent into the madness. This being the final song, it's like he completely loses it and goes off with the despair and those screams
_I TRIEEEEEEDD_ (3:12) and _I CAN'T CLEAN THE BLOOD OFF THE SHEETS IN MY BED_ (4:54) are my favorite examples of that
I agree! I have only started listening to them from this channel a year ago, and they have a distinct, yet amazing sound that this song encapsulated perfectly!

My Chemical Romance was one of the best out of all of those groups that started back in the early to mid-2000's.
This song is the synthesis of the concept of the first two albums. A couple of criminals flee from the police, die, go to hell twice, seek revenge, it's actually more complicated than that, but it sums up all the feelings involved in the story. You should react to Demolition Lovers; I never told you what I do for a living tells the story of the second time the characters die, Demolition Lovers tells the story of the first time, it's really interesting :)

You should check out "Heaven Help Us." It's off an EP of Black Parade b-sides that were never on the main album, but I think it's one of the best out there.

I’d love to see you react to some Guns N Roses off the “Appetite For Destruction” album. The bass work is ingenious and the rhythm guitar play between Slash and Izzy Stradlin is so impressive. I’ve never heard such tight grooves played off each other.

Thanks for reacting to this song!! Really great one off of three cheers. If you need a break from mcr, another band you could check out is palaye royale! “The Bastards” album is really great-my favorites off of it are “little bastards,” “anxiety,” “massacre, the new American dream,” “tonight is the night I die” and “lonely”! They make me think of an interesting mix between quite a few bands, and I’m not sure if they were ever inspired by mcr but I definitely feel some mcr vibes from their stuff! Thanks for always making these great reactions for people to watch!! They make my day :)

Great great song, definitely a classic. They put this at the end of the album for a reason it wasn't random. It's the final chapter in the story about the boy and the girl on the cover of the album...that's why they have blood on their face. The fact that Rolling Stone only gave this album 3 stars out of 5 shows how utterly garbage that publication has always been. Yet they'll give any garbage hip hop album a 5 out of 5 rating.
Could you do bury me in black, off of life on the murder scene. It's a demo that was replaced by this on three cheers. Personally i think bury me in black should have been on it instead.
