- Today, we have a bit of a different video. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had at Walt Disney World. I was robbed of 180$ worth of items on my 25th birthday, SO BUMMED.

I am so sorry you had sunglasses stolen from inside a locker at Disney no less! I’m in total shock that they are not locked?! I will think twice before getting a massage there! So glad the wonderful cast member helped you at MK. My husband lost his wallet at EPCOT and it was turned in totally untouched. Disney is supposed to be the ideal. It hits deeper somehow because we expect magic. Happy birthday 🎊

Hi Maddie! Sorry to hear about the theft. Some people have no conscience! Hopefully Karma will reward them soon. Did the lockers in the Spa have no locks on them? They should at least have a security camera on them. Hope that incident did not effect your 25th Birthday! Take care and I know how you feel about the third shift as I have been doing that for several years now! Happy belated Birthday!

Should have used the lock that's on the locker. I've been to many spas and there is a picture of the lockers in there that were used. They have a key pad, so it's kinda on you.
Oh man, bummer about your sunglasses. All of my sunglasses have always been under $10, but I'll buy a nice pair someday. Does the monorail freak you out like the Skyliner? Looks like you did a lot of walking, which is a healthier choice. You got some good vitamin D. Happy 25! Sweet button!

I was thrilled when they made a little magic for me, I had planned for pay full price! I was so angry, but decided that whoever stole them must have really needed them more than me. 🥴

First off, I'm obsessed with this button and now I need one next time I'm there for a birthday. Second I'm so sorry this happened to you! I worked in a spa for years and I've learned I'll never trust anyone people are terrible even Disney people unfortunately. But I'm glad you were able to get at least a little discount on a replacement. happy belated birthday!

So sorry you had your glasses stolen. Totality unacceptable that disney couldn’t do anything. You should be able to go to a spa and treat yourself to relaxation and then come out feeling refreshed not stressed. At least you turned your day around and stayed positive. Happy birthday!

This is the Grand Floridian, a hotel that literally cost your firstborn to stay there for 1 nightLOL. The Grand Floridian can’t keep lockers safe? Seriously? Lockers by their overpriced spa and they can’t even keep those safe? ((With the overpriced comment I just made, I am not saying that the spa is a bad place or does not do a great job. They do a fantastic job there at the spa. I just personally think they charge too much but I think the Grand Floridian charges too much for everything!))

YES MA'AM those RayBans look AMAZINGGGGGGG. I really hate the original pair went missing, you seem like a kind person and you don't deserve bad things to happen to you like that. But bravo for how well you handled the situation and for keeping your spirits up. Happy to hear you got a new pair because they look SO good on you. There's still a chance someone thought you left the other pair behind by mistake and did give them to lost and found, but if not, shame on them. This is Disney and they shouldn't be doing shady things that can ruin other people's magical time. I say treat everyone like it's their first and only experience there, and don't ruin the magic! The Water Pageant bridge thing is so cool! I've never seen that before, thank you for sharing. But your song to the music was hilarious! Happy Birthday!!

The lockers actually do lock! That’s the weird part. :/
My locker was closed and not locked while I was changing, so I think that was the opportunity they took. BUT my wallet and cameras weren’t touched! So bummed.

Maddie….so sorry about the loss of your sunglasses. You were so positive about it….but I am so mad. Theft of any kind is totally WRONG ! There is a smug person out there, and it was more likely a female, who is happy that they scored some shades. One day, someone else will steal something important to them..just so that they will feel what you felt. I sincerely wish the rest of your birthday was better.
My parents always said- if someone takes soemthing of hours- they must have needed it more than I did. (Seeing as they had to steal from me.) I’m just blessed I’m in the position I’m able to get myself another pair and try to take better care of them this time.

Honestly, it should be on Disney. You shouldn’t be going to Disney and worried about people stealing your stuff especially when you’re going on an expensive spa session. Disney sometimes has just been so awful in their customer service department recently.
I was a little salty that they couldn’t do anything for me- not even look at security footage from the front desk. BUT, all is well now. Just hoping to save someone else the hassle & make sure everyone is safe!
