It must be so worrying for the wives and families of soldiers worldwide each time their loved ones go away to fight in wars . They must be walking with a large part of them taken away for who knows how long , or if forever . So I pray for all those wives, husbands and families , that they will come safely home , and in the meantime that the waiting relatives will be strengthened by God's holy spirit .
You are so correct. I live in Israel. The mothers and wives are having an incredibly hard time. Someone told me two weeks into the war, " I know realize that time is relative". Each hour of waiting is like 5 hours, each day seems like a week. There is a ton of worry, grief and yet people are bursting with pride and strength. We are fighting this war not just for our land, our people, Jews all over the world but for humanity as well. I wish that this wasn't the reality but sadly it is.

Even though I am not physically related to them in an earthly way , I am spiritually related , through our Heavenly Father , the Almighty God. I have 5 nephews in the IDF. Then cousins, and their families. Brother in laws and their families. Then there are their wives and their extended families; brothers and sisters and the extended family of that family. It’s like a ripple of the water. We are always thinking of them and praying they are all going to be OK.

When people say Am Israel Chai, they don’t mean only Israeli Jews, they mean ALL ISRAELIS (Jews, Druze, Arabs and all other minorities) that are part of Israel, love and protect their country. May G-d’s blessings be with this family and may very soon their kids come back home safe and sound.
He, like all other Druzes, is a Muslim but he is an Israeli and he fights for the freedom of his country. Contrary to what other people's awareness, or lack of it, there are Arabs in Israel who serve in the IDF and fighting to protect the freedom of the country.
