Amen. People don't realize fasting is done to change you. To clear out the clutter and cobwebs. It's like a spiritual exterminator. It allows you to see somethings that will make you cringe. Yes the Heavenly Father will reward you when you obey the call to fast. But it is humbling/consecration process between yourself and Him. Not a manipulative tool to twist His arm.
