So, it's better to work on your own, express the truth. For me, academic integrity is very important in order to achieve our goal without engaging in any negative acts that may affects your image, personality, your school performance and more.This is what we need to apply, to put on our mind and heart that being a student is not about your grades, nor your score because it's about what you have acquired or learned. Honestly, I'm not good in academic. And I admit that I'm also a cheater and I'm not denying it. I feel so guilty doing it but I doesn't have a choice, but yes, I still have a choice which is passing my answer sheet without answer, I was afraid to failed because its another money to spend for removal examination. Then, I realized that cheating is not the key to pass, it's not the ladder to climb on top because as I've experienced, I cheat a lot of times but it's not successful because some of those are mistake. So, it's better to work on your own, express the truth. For me, even though my scores are not good unlike others who have a high grades but are cheater, even though my grammar is not that fluent unlike others who are edited, copy paste and maybe it's not their own words or work, the important is I'm expressing what I am, what I have learned or acquired. That's why academic integrity is very essential to be taught especially to us, college students who are engaging in this kind of violation that has a particular consequences/punishment when you caught. The academic integrity can help a student like us to change our practices, instead of cheating you will express your own answer and hoping that the instructor or professor will understand and give consideration in that matter. We are not a highschool anymore to act like immature but sometimes theres a situation that cannot be avoided that cause of engaging in that act to catch up with the lessons or take the quiz or exams. Academic integrity means putting those values into practise by being honest in the academic work you do at university, being fair to others, and taking responsibility for learning, and following the conventions of scholarship. The example of academic Integrity is obtaining or attempting to obtain unauthorized information during the course of an examination from another student or another student's test materials. unauthorized possessing, taking, copying, or sharing of solutions manuals or computerized solutions for assigned homework or research problems.

Why is academic integrity important?
The Academic integrity is important in field of law enforcement officers, because the attitude and behavior of a police officer needs to promulgate or manage especially in different types of danger. Academic integrity talks about honesty, discipline, behavior, and attitude of a person either it is police officer or as a criminology student.
As a criminology student, I practice myself the academic integrity inside or outside the campus by following the rules and regulations of our school, discipline is important as a student or as a filipino citizen because if we can't follow the rules and regulations or even the protocols and laws in our country the policy is useless so that discipline is important because it begins in ourselves. Just like in school the academic integrity of as a student is to follow the all regulations from head to toe (school uniform/personal hygiene), honesty is one of the aspects that need of a student especially as a future criminology, but sometimes students cheat especially during exams or quizzes. For me, the best way to practice integrity is discipline, discipline from ourselves and from all aspects even if it is small ways and even if outside our campuses. And avoid cheating because if we cheat, we blame ourselves.

-The Academic Integrity is Important because as a student we need to be honest all the time and we need to be independent that stand in our own ideas or thoughts. To be academic integrity we need to apply this five values ,honesty ,trust, fairness,respect ,and responsibility. I agree that we have academic integrity beacuse this is for me to challenge myself to become competent individual and I need to sacrifice to be a better person and know how to stand in my own ideas.
