- Gabby (Dr_Scully1013) had requested this song like a year ago, and I agree its the perfect MSR song- the singer stated its about family- about wanting to protect them from the negative forces of the world- about things that keep people apart but having hope that in the end it will all work out- that there are certain people you will always be connected to no matter what... so its ultimately a hopeful song, finding hope in the face of catastrophe.

There is no show in TV history like The X-Files, that can bring you something different in each episode..

Beautiful video. Gosh, after all they've been through, Mulder and Scully deserve to just grow old and be happy together. We'll likely never see them on our screens again (probably for the best as much as I hate to admit it), but I like to imagine that's what happens.

I'm always in the mood for a new X-Files video. It keeps the show fresh in a way. Lovely job, as always! I especially like the various emotions/ideas at play here about the Mulder/Scully relationship. The guilt and loss each faces mixed with their loyalty and love toward one another. I find the show so fascinating for just that reason. So many dynamics at play!

I felt a lack of chemistry between them in the revival (or less of it anyway), but you were able to focus on it, and enhance it. You have a gift! Always the same effect with your videos: I watch them globally the 1st time then I see all the details :) I don't know how you do because you would think after 80 videos, all the details are already used but no you always manage to find gestures in different moments that Mulder and Scully used and that I didn't notice at all :) Sometimes, it's the dialogue too but as I watch the episodes in French sometimes, it's not the same words so I can't know. That's why I'm happy you notice them and put them in your videos so I know Mulder and Scully took so many habits from one another :)

I live for these little details- I just love them...and there are SO many- both in theme, gesture and words...finding them is like this game I play vidding and then trying to link them coherently...I am thrilled when people notice!! =D I never considered that -how much language differences would alter that part - the verbal echos etc

My only issue is that the music is just a bit too loud and it's hard to hear the dialogue. But then, I wanted to hear the song lyrics too, so I don't know that there's a perfect fix. I love it either way!

My heart is always in YOUR videos, but not so much in the show! Season 10 was a disaster! Unless they get back to the original standard and quality they once had, then I'm done with it. I recently bought all 9 seasons on blu-ray and am falling in love all over again with the show it once was! Unique, emotional, creepy and fantastic writing!

WORD! I'm glad to know other fans are still invested- it felt like the fandom deflated a lot after s10...I tried to fix the audio if you want to check out the other version. I know most of us know all these lines forwards and backwards anyway but the music came out a bit more overpowering than I wanted!
