This has happened to me on PVE with Partizan and Bird Eye. Bird Eye on customs and Partizan on shoreline.

That usually happens when you get an achievement as you kill something

I had this bug a couple of weeks ago too, playing PVE on Customs. It was a PMC though and not Partizan.
