I live in the Memphis area and after I watched the video I realized that I drove by Graceland while you and Kathy were visiting. I remember saying to myself, Hey, that looks like Rick and Kathy at the gate, but surely not. What would they be doing at Graceland. Sure wish I had stopped or waved or yelled or something. I hope y'all had a nice time in the Memphis area and glad you got to sample some Memphis BBQ. I love your videos and have become a big fan. Keep up the good work!!!

Thanks Rick and Kathy for sharing. Came by me in NC near Winston Salem in Lexington. Great trip. Been there a few years ago. It is a moving tour. We really are glad we stopped. Was traveling through the state and just decided to stop. Didn't know if we would be back through there again. So so happy we stopped. Also watch WV. Crazy cops there too. Just ask my husband that got a ticket. All your meals looked great. Thanks again!

Hi Rick, enjoyed your video. Liked your Cracker Barrel burger, we have 2 here in Digital City, Las Vegas. They have good iced tea as well, if you like iced tea. Anyways, that airplane, Lisa Marie, is a Convair 880, was a great airplane back in the 60 and 70s, flown by TWA, Delta, American and many other carriers. When the 707 and DC-8 fleets were up-dated over time and when the 727 trijets and your DC-9 came in, there wasn't a long life ahead for the 880 and 990. Then the wide bodies started coming on by 1970, so, the Convairs had a short life. Sorry about the ticket, that's no fun, we don't have any issues using radars here in Nevada or California. Everybody has them, got to watch the NHP and CHP, haha. Take care, enjoy your food reviews.
I was in Memphis about a month ago on my way back to PA from Yellowstone National Park. Looks like y'all had fun, I went to the Harley dealership in Mississippi also, they had some great bikes. I did not go into Graceland after I saw the price but got some great pictures of the planes and the gate. When you were in Memphis did you go to Beale Street?, that place was rocking even on a Sunday night. It sucks you got the radar detector fine. The Virginia state police used to offer a deal; bust the fuzz buster or have it confiscated and get fined. I had to roll over my fuzz buster in 1983 because of Virginia.Thanks for posting your vacation video, keep up the great work.

I remember when I was a kid my parents and I went there. At the time my dad was a professional racquetball player and head of the Northwest athletic clubs here in Minnesota which are now owed by Lifetime Fitness. Anyway my dad taught racquetball lessons to Elvis's personal doctor way back in the day so we got the extra VIP tour. I'm 37 now so this was when I was probably around 8 when we got the tour.

What do you think of the hotel? I've hear a lot of people bashing Priscilla for letting them have a replica staircase like the one in Graceland and other things lol and I think the other plane was hounddog

i feel so bad for you getting pulled over but looks like you and kathy had a great time think you should have filled up a travel mug of coffee since you were driving but you made it in one piece that's the main thing

Hi Rick, I think it's a great idea how the guest place has put in replica stairs etc. One day Graceland the house may get sold or Lisa Marie may want to renovate and want to retire there. Things do change over centuries and that is a fact of life. I did not know Elvis was a big fan of tractors until yesterday. I started to like Elvis as a child. As a teenager played my dad's on two small records he had of recordings of Elvis. I live in Australia.
