It was NOT Lahore High Court but West Pakistan High Court after promulgation of One Unit where Dosso Case was first heard. Secondly the Supreme Court's decision in this case was NOT unanimous, Justice Cornelius gave a dissenting note!

All cases are not unanimously decided by all judges. The final decision was against Dosso.
