A leader of a national Latino civil rights group warns that a tough-on-immigration resolution in the Legislature is an update of Arizona's so-called "show your papers" bill in 2010. The resolution would let voters decide whether everyy law-enforcement officer in Arizona could arrest people who cross the Southwest border illegally.
