    That's nuts that this train doesn't connect to Gare du Palais. People not from Quebec City have to do a lot of transfers before they can get on it.

    Great and informative vid. Thanks for sharing. Planning to visit Quebec in early October, do you think I can see nice golden foliage along the train ride to Baie-St-Paul? Thank you.

      Hi Kat, early October is usually the best time for fall colours. Leaves have been changing a bit early this year, but there should still be lots of leaves before the middle of the month

    Can you take the train round trip from Chute Montmorency to Baie-Saint-Paul in a single day (with some free time)? The 2023 schedule isn't up on their website yet so I couldn't tell. I was looking for a day trip from Quebec City and this seems pretty cool.

      Yes, you can take the train to Baie St Paul and still have a few hours to spend in town.

      @@WanderingWagars Ok nice. The pricing they have for adult river side is $109. Is that round trip or one way? And what is the approximate time from Quebec City to Baie-Saint-Paul?

    • @WanderingWagars
      @WanderingWagars  Рік тому

      @@drock1091 the trip typically takes about 2.5 hours each way. Usually the $109 price is the round trip fare.

    Is this going to be an overnight experience if taken entire 3.5 hour trip one way? Can this experience be done all in one day?

    • @WanderingWagars

      It can be done in one day if you travel from Montmorency to Baie St Paul. If you go all the way to La Malbaie, you won’t have much time to explore.

    I like how you prononce thoses names in french haha. Do you have liked you're experiences? i don't have taken this ride since the RS18u is leave. I think only two time in the 628DR German. One to Petite-Rivière and one BSP-Malbaie. Let me know you're experience, i'm from La Malbaie.

      Haha, thanks! I grew up taking French in school, but I haven’t used it much outside of my travels. I hope my pronunciation wasn’t terrible!
      I did like the ride. It was comfortable and scenic. Both BSP and La Malbaie are very different, and the train makes for a very peaceful journey.
