As far I know,
all the heart sounds can be auscaltate with stethoscope but the 1st & 2nd with the diaphragm of the stethoscope & 3rd & 4th with the bell of a stethoscope.
1st HS produced due to the vibration created by the taut papilary muscles & Chordae tendineae while preventing regurgitation of Mitral & Tricuspid valves.
3rd HS is physiological for younger adults due to pliability of ventricle, however the same is pathological for elderly people.
The 4th HS is always pathological as it happens only when atria needs to forcefully contract against hypertrophied ventricle.
Are these wrong??
بہت اچھے طریقے سے سمجھایا ہے # جب right اور left venticles contract ہوتے ہین تو Chordae tendineae musles سکڑ Shrink ہوجاتے ہین جس کی وجہ سے Valve اوپر ہو کر بند یو جاتے ہین # اور جب دونوں ventricles پھیلتے ہین تو Chordae tendineae muscles کھینچ stretch جاتے ہین جس کی وجہ سے valve نیچے ہو کر کھل جاتے ہین # 👍🇵🇰

Mam, my understanding is artery carries pure blood and being carries impure blood.Is it correct? If so while explaining function with the diagram,you said pulminary artery carries deoxyginated blood and pulminary vein carries oxyginated blood,which is supposed to be opposite.pl see and guide.....

Your understanding is right. Artery carry pure blood or oxygenated blood. Exception is pulmonary artery.. because lungs me oxygen add hoti hai and carbon dioxide ko body se bahar nikalte hai lungs so pulmonary artery carries impure/deoxygenated blood and pulmonary vein carries pure/oxygenated blood. It is exception and important MCQ question 😊
