Gary Moore - possibly the greatest guitar player. He always shows that its not what notes you play, its how you play them and what you do to them. The closest I've heard to a guitar speaking to the audience.
Gary was the best ever and still is ! Interestingly he played right handed but was actually left handed. BB King was on the same show and there are a couple of videos on YT of them playing together.
This is one of many Gary Moore songs im just compelled to listen too on a regular basis for the rest of my life god bless you Gary absolutely brilliant R.I.P.
You'd love his playing in Colosseum II from the 70's, jazz fusion. Four of the most incredible musicians around at the time, Gary, John Mole, John Hiseman and Don Airey. Here's a clip for you ua-cam.com/video/WtjDigJ_QQI/v-deo.html
@@vhawk4530 True, without any doubt the best guitarist in history! He is the only guy that can have a few thousand fucking people quietly standing still and listen to his masterpiece. What a man!
I was in Newark waiting to catch a flight back to London when I heard that he passed away. Fucking devastating. He was outstanding. A genius performer. BTW - "That was just the intro?" - priceless reaction! Typiocal of Gary's live concerts though.
Gary moore's music brought me here. I absolutely love you reactions bruv. You are so into it! You actually listen and dont interrupt. God bless you mate. Big respect from england 👍👍💪💪
Hey man I've got to tell you that this is by far one of the best videos I've ever seen of Gary M . Somehow I've missed out on this one ! All I have to say is that you have great taste in music ! Keep doing what you are doing !
I've only seen a couple videos with Gary. Incredible guitar player. If you'd like to see some other incredible guitar players, I recommend the following: John McLaughlin, Paco DeLucia, Al DiMeola, Friday Night in San Francisco 1981 Allan Holdsworth, Tokyo Dream, live 1984 Steve Morse, Tumeni Notes, live 1990 Have Fun : )
when I started listening to blues in the late 1990s, Gary Moore was the second CD I bought after John,,Lee``Hooker...
When Gary plays the guitar becomes part of him. We hear his feelings in the riffs he plays, and then we go on his journey. Magical.

@@Blade247Glad you discovered him. Hope you listened to some more. The guitarist who moves my soul. Petrucci is great too.
One of the worlds greatest guitar players ever none to man, thanks for playing this video, you have great taste in quality music 😊.
Please react to "Like Angels" - Live 1997 - OHNE Filter Television! It is another side of Gary and it is aewsome!
A master of his craft. RIP Gary
One of the best players ever.
RIP Gary 🎸
Gary was the best, not one of the best. There are a lot of great players out there... but nobody (in feeling of blues) outperforms Gary.
