Melbourne has changed so much since I first arrived there about 40 years ago. Last time I went by bus due to a railway cancellation and was totally lost for 1/2 an hour. Of course I didn't bring my phone which isn't a smart one much like me. The quiet life suits me living in a small 2 traffic-light town about 100kms north I call home and most of the taxi-drivers know my name.
I ate at that particuliar Five Guys in Southbank and concluded hamburgers and fries are extremely unhealthy.That was several years ago and have not had any desire to eat a hamburger again.
but the whole point of getting a burger is knowing it’s not healthy 🤣

On of my placements was in the depth of ichthology under the direction of an American by the name of Dr Martin Gomon. As far as I have ascertained he is still the senior Curator at the museum.
