Lol the numbers all mean something, so the first number means what level of technology/quality of the product. The first number is what series it belongs to/ customer they are targeting. 3 is simple, 5 higher quality, 6 unique experiences, 7 future tech/tech enthusiasts. The second number is how many output ports. The third number is the tech performance, so with power banks it shows how many charges it provides the device. So when you compare the power banks to each other the numbers will already tell you what to expect. For example when he showed them at the end and said the names I already knew what each did.
I'm a huge fan of the 622. I've been using it now for at least 6 to 7 months and I truly like it. It does get a little warm, but it doesn't really bother me. The stand is awesome and I love the fact that it can charge my iPad up as well. I don't think these battery packs really need to get you to 100% as you're getting low maybe around the 20% to 30% pop it on and have it top you off. The 321 looks competent, I see myself picking one up for when I'm traveling with my family. It can go to whoever needs it at the time. Nice video thanks for taking time to make it.
As someone who has had the Apple Magsafe battery pack for their iPhone 13 Pro & 15 Pro for close to a year or two: this new Anker’s fantastic for 1 reason: heating. It does not get hotter than the Apple Magsafe pack. They’re about the same tbh. With Apple not having a USB-C vatiant of their pack, the 321 is a GREAT stand-in until it comes out. On it’s own: it’s great. Compared to the Apple Magsafe: it’s great. Kudos to Anker for really improving heat control.
Was thinking of getting this. Just got a 15 pro max. I’m never looking to do a complete chsrge but something to give my phone some juice. This was the comment I needed to see‼️
I got the 321 yesterday and honestly I like it. This is actually my first MagSafe accessory and so far it’s pretty good . Thank you for the review. I understood what I was ordering and it’s a purchase I won’t regret 🔥
Thanks for the review on the 321. I ended up purchasing it and i'm satisfied with it. It also does not get hot, it stays about as warm as charging the phone by normal ways.
I have a trip next week and I always have my phone dead during the day, went to look for magsafe batteries on amazon and this was on discount (25) wasnt sure wheter or not to get it and you completely convince me. Answered literallly all my questions, first time seeing you and enjoyed the video, new suscriber :)
I bought one of the Anker 321s and ran some tests. The USB-c only outputs 12w which is a little disappointing but not terrible and since I really bought it for the 7.5w magsafe charge I can't complain. I've got an Anker 523 for that 20w wired charge if I need it.
Hey man. Love the videos and actually bought this charger after this one. Couple questions if you’d be able to help. Would the through charging make it usable as a night time charger and always ready power bank with out damaging the battery of the power bank. Also, would the iPhone battery optimisation work with this? Cheers
Thanks T for the awesome review! My wife literally said to me yesterday, “hey can you order me a external battery pack?” Apparently you are an accessory profit!
Your energy is great and you really go in depth about the products you review, without all the garbage that people are paid to say. I got the amethyst caudabe case for the iPhone 14 pro and it’s incredible. You’ve earned a subscriber from Scotland 👌🏽
My grandma got one today and I tried it on my 13. Immediately bought one. Thought it was a last gen pack but it’s not it seems. Will be my first MagSafe accessory. Going to have to ditch this otter box defender for a MagSafe case now
The 622 got too hot unless they did remake it but I think the 633 might be better for me because I could charge my watch and my phone and it has more power
Hi T, any chance that you can get your hands on Otterbox Multi-Mount Power Bank with MagSafe? Would love to see a review on that! Keep up the great work!
@technicallytee could you please to a review in the Snap PowerPack Mini mag safe batter pack? Just ordered mine and I love it. Plus the finger hole is a nice touch! 😊
I was waiting for this review. So I gave up and bought the apple Battery pack instead. Don’t make the same mistake I did. The iPhone 15 is right around the corner. So, I’m sure they have to either discontinue or make the gen 2 battery pack, given the usb c of it all.
Apple battery pack not meant to be used as a charging pack more so a battery extension,.. he did a review on it you should give it a view it makes more sense after explanation
@@nathanbrown4635 I know that’s why I figured it’s the safest choice to maintain my battery for more than a day. Or until I can get to my power bank or Edit: A wall charger
Magsafe are battery killers. Youre right, up to 50% of energy is lost to heat, which damages the battery. That is why i dont charge wirelessly. Wireless charging is a notorius battery killer
They just throwing darts at numbers lol
True haha
😂😂agreed

First number is the series number, second number is ports, third is charging times per the Anker website
Goodness thanks for the explanation because I had no idea 🤣🤣🤣💪🏽
🤯🤯 Still better than sonys naming system for phones 😆
So on the 321 the 2 ports would be MagSafe and usb c?
By that logic, 622 can charge 2times??!
Okay so they are both 5000MaH, why does one do 2 times and the other 1 time?

Does it heat up? My anker Magsafe powerbanks (previous versions) heat up unfortunately

This is your first video that I've seen but you're doing a great job - keep them coming!
These things work wonders in the winter my anker 621 heats up my pockets like space heater.
That is great to hear about the heat management. I’m about to go to the Mini and this gets me excited for that experience.
Yeah this would work great for the mini series and it's also great to see Anker is realizing that things can get s little hot lol.
I love my iPhone 13 mini. I have a 13 pro but the mini is so much better. It’s the perfect size and weight
Thanks for the review on the 321. I ended up purchasing it and i'm satisfied with it. It also does not get hot, it stays about as warm as charging the phone by normal ways.
Great review, thanks. I was trying to find the difference between the 321 ($26 today) and the 622 ($70) and you explained it perfectly.
A 5,000 mah is a excellent battery extender that’s how I use mine. People can’t expect a full charge with a 5,000 mah battery pack

Does the new version of Anker 622 have that similar temperature control technology?

Im using the 321 and never had heating issues. Its perfect for my daily use case
Hi. Would you review the Anker 334 and compare it with 633?
How is the heat management?
Watch the video lol. I talked about it. Heat managent is good.
Does it work through a case?
I really like Anker's idea with the 633 stand that has the removable battery, would love to see a 3-in-1 magsafe version of that

Wait so you got the mkbhd shoes but no review 🤔
I don't really review shoes lol. I'll talk about them on a live stream.
very nice review 👍but can you trun off the charging like the new 622 ?
Yep.
Which iPhone case dod you use on this video?
hey, how much watts is the charging via usb-c? (pbank to phone)
Which would you go for my guy the anker 633 10,000mah or the Baseus Magnetic Power Bank 10,000mAh?
I literally ordered one now from eBay refurbished from anker directly lets see how it is but for 15€ thats a steal XD
Thanks T for the awesome review! My wife literally said to me yesterday, “hey can you order me a external battery pack?” Apparently you are an accessory profit!
Hahaha 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
What was the cool feature you mentioned on this one? Was it just the weight or price?
Amazing video Tee. Answered all of my questions and some.
Witch one is better anker 633 or 334?
When I hear your voice I just want to rap so hard and yo my way down the street like a bro!
Looks really good. I just wanna ask, can it charge your phone while its charging? And if so, what about heat?
Yes it can, he says it in the video, its what "pass through charging" is
Can you also switch off the Powerbank 321 manually while it is “sticking” to the cell phone?
Hi there, can you also make a review video on Anker 334 maggo, just want to see if it fits my ip13mini😅, thank you
What phone case is on his iPhone for this video ?
Thanks for the detailed review! This video was the one that convinced me to but it. Lol. 🎉

otterbox sells some magsafe cases, also a defender case with magsafe but its a different design
Looks like this might be a good solution for my 13 mini. Might actually fit it
Yeah that's very true. Something like this would be perfect for the mini series.
I looked up the specs, it’s the only one that actually says its compatible. Just ordered
Is the 322 the same as the 321
Gotta get Bletchley Park onto decoding Anker's product code numbers
Nice review! Thanks for all the good info!
Very informative and a great review
I think that is the only Anker battery pack that fits Iphone 13 mini
this vs the apple magsafe battery pack?
I purchased this - it's fab. Sorry didn't realise you had an affiliated link...next time!
Picked it up on Amazon uk for £22 roughly (26/27$) 🎉
Amazing deal right there.
Yo I just bought it cuz of you. 👌🏽
Man if they had it charge with MagSafe also that could make it a huge win for this price.
I do believe apple software blocks it so only “authorized” devices can use MagSafe charging such as specific bell in products.
@jtatochip45 magsafe is just magnets in the charging coil which keep the charger in place.
Im gonna take it because it perfectly fits with my 13 mini.
Thanks T! Very helpful, really appreciate your insights! Keep doing your thing!
Work for Android?
Been waiting for this review!
💪🏽💪🏽
Might just get this stick a magnet on it for a stand cheep and it looks the same as my old anker pack same circle
The 622 got too hot unless they did remake it but I think the 633 might be better for me because I could charge my watch and my phone and it has more power
Apple battery pack is only 1460 mAh
a lot of the energy is lost as heat through magsafe since it's not 100% efficient, which is why your phone won't go to 100%
Does it quick charge?
1 main ANKER selling pnt is the kickstand. No kickstand on this 321? 👀 They dropped tha ball. Shrugs
Just paid 22 bucks for mine on this past Amazon prime day

I got this one because I like the way it looks compared to the other models
Still kinda sad they removed the stand, such a great feature when watching on my phone at work over lunch let's say.
Well this is just an option, it’s not like the 622 isn’t out there for sale still. This is just an option for some that’s cheaper.
@@TechnicallyTee I mean yeah, it wasn't built to replace it entirely, especially with differing price points.

30-50% loss in induction charging. Magnetic charging.
Magsafe are battery killers.
Youre right, up to 50% of energy is lost to heat, which damages the battery.
That is why i dont charge wirelessly. Wireless charging is a notorius battery killer
It's not Magsafe certified so it's not a "Magsafe" battery pack. It's a magnetic battery pack called MagGo.
Not that deep but I know the difference.
Just ordered one.
It doesnt fit flush with the iphone mini.
So I’m getting the Apple charger.
I got it the minute after I finished this video. I love this thing
