8 wrong, that was hard! Never knew that about the DC-8! How on earth would anyone be able to tell the difference between the A338 and A339? Their only difference is length, no? The Mriya question was fun, I have it memorized so I knew there were 7 rows in the main gear, times two wheels per bogey, plus four at the front. Fun vid, well done.
Some of them I was split between two or three answers such as identifying the sun-variants, but I got most correct. By the way, the A300 was built for multiple of the reasons listed. It was also built to fill the size gap between narrow-bodies and larger wide-bodies. Another thing I’d like to point out is that the DC-8 only reached Mach 1.01 which is technically transonic. The transonic range usually starts between Mach 0.81 and Mach 0.88 and usually ends between Mach 1.17 and Mach 1.23. This includes subsonic planes with some supersonic airflow and supersonic planes with some subsonic airflow. Because the airflow is mixed, part subsonic and part supersonic; the behavior of the airflow, the physics of flight, and the aircraft’s overall performance are different from what they would be if purely subsonic or purely supersonic. So we classify these speeds as a separate range, we call this the transonic range and you may or may not already know all about this.
With the F-117 it cannot go supersonic speeds so aren't there are technically 2 correct answers there? Anyways loved the quiz! I got just over half of them right yay!
@IamnotShawn777 Ah I see your logic, yeah of course, I had supposed that if you were including attributes such as bomb capacity when talking about a fighter that it was a bit more open to different options haha (but of course the F-117 does have that!). So yeah you are absolutely correct, thanks for the clarification! (Also I ended up learning that the F-117 doesn't have a radar! 😊) Anyways I loved the video! I learnt a lot! 😄
@@dinoman-space Glas to see you enjoyed it! btw, F-117 supposed to be a strike aircraft, however, the USAF named it "F117" is because it could get more attention at that time than using "A117" so that means the F-117 was not supposed to have supersonic speed at first place
Question 7 is odd. Supersonic speed clearly is a common fighter capability, yet it lacks it. If you want to be so particular, then warbirds don’t have radars, but are clearly fighters so…
ATTENTION!!!: Knowing about plane types and nicknames do not matter that much unlike abbreviations like VFR or geography. As someone who is currently trying to become a pilot along with a flight simulator by my local airport, I personally use Geo guesser to know my geography. Most kids like me think that studying plane crashes will get you somewhere but NO! Also, for those people shut it with the Boeing problem.

@@jwandel Because thw A339 is longer than the 338
@ yes, that’s what I said. But in the video all we are given is the cockpit view.
I can't believe this. I got 3 points but did completely fail hard and extreme levels. Lost a point in normal mode too 😆😆
Wait
737 have a variant called “300sp”, they do have winglets

@@dinoman-space not all fighters needs to go supersonic, there are also subsonic fighters, for example, the AV-8B multirole fighter
