What is max card lvl? 21 is damn high...
I don't think there's a card cap at this level
No lvl 18 is the cap too there. They are using echos with +3lvl bonus, lvl 21 is max.
@@M3rain lvl 18 is a cap even f2p can reach someday. Even tho I am not f2p I really hope they don't mess up the f2p part any further.
@@Christian-zf7gc prior to global launch the cap was lvl 15 over there and it was definitely reachable as a f2p over time .... Although my teammates and I expect them to raise the cap again faster than they did in CN/tw
