Judgement Day in this storyline is WCW sending nukes to Madison Square Garden which automatically triggered retaliation to CNN towers. The resulting fallout left only a few survivors in the Philadelphia area to start a resistance movement against Skynet. These resisters were slightly…extreme.
This just reinforced to me that it was backstage politics that ultimately killed wcw. It made me realize that some good decisions would never have happened due to it not working for someone... brother.
sounds interesting, but how old was Daff round this timeframe? she had to at least to be in her late teens at this time cuz this was round 96 to 97 timeline
The next time Bios uses Chat GPT to fantasy book WCW, he has to remember to respond to any answer the AI gives which sees Hollywood Hogan having to do the job clean with "That doesn't work for Hogan, Brother". The AI would then get utterly confused, creating mass chaos, I'm sure.
I'm pretty sure that if Blood Runs Cold had actually been booked like that, my 12-year-old Mortal Kombat obsessed self would have switched from WWF to WCW to watch it.
I get bret was number 1 in wwe. But you can't have a guy from another company come over and beat your champion on day 1. That makes your guys look weak. That was something they kept in mind when bret came over the issue is no one had a direction for him. Make him start at El Dandy and work his way up, book it like babe Ruth calling his hone runs. Bret says I'm coming for the belt. And he sure can, in 3 months as he beats people on the way to the belt. And you get a chance to Elevate some mid card guys cause bret can make anyone look good.
I think one of the main issues with Bret was in WWF he was a big fish in a relatively small pond. WCW had a much bigger roster, stars who would not give up their spot and bigger draws than Bret. Who had proven themselves in WCW. Bret going to WCW made him just another star in an already heavily inflated talent pool.
Unsung hero of Chat GPT's decision to book the NWO ending at Starrcade 99 is that the Bret Hart Vs. Goldberg match now doesn't happen. Think that means we would have gotten Hart in ROH or TNA as I doubt he goes back to the WWF in 2001.
A stumbling donkey has more athleticism than Hogan has ever had. Storytelling he could be great at overall if he just didn't politick and bury others like he did.
The storytelling part is accurate. If anything, Hogan's ability to tell a story and his charisma are what made him a mega star. I don't think there's a better example of a story being told in a match than Hogan vs Rock at Wrestlemania X8.
WCW fans would have been shocked to see an appearance from Wrestling 400 Days A Year New Japan Hogan. It’s funny how different he works if you watch any of his matches in Japan

Man... I love the channel, it's one of the few things that has the ability to take me back to a particular time and place... But I absolutely mistrust AI and worry about it's future implications.
@Tim Robinson , LOL She only "beat" Luna because that's what Vince wanted. Vince wanted Luna to protect Sable. Which is why she even won the match. Luna worked hard to put over Sable. And after their WM 14 match. She cried backstage because WWE didn't show her any respect. And only Owen Hart came up to her and said she did a great job. And as for Marc Mero, he wanted her to powerbomb him. He wanted her to get over. And she did. Her career skyrocketed and his didn't. Which is why wrestlers like Steve Austin didn't want to work with him. Also, nobody backstage liked Sable.
@@criminalmindsgirl2936 "She only beat Luna because that's what Vince wanted" That's literally what professional wrestling is, lol. Not Starrcade 99 Starrcade 98 should have ended the NWO era. As for Bret Hart these ideas how he should have been used in WCW make sense. But having Bret Hart winning the World Heavyweight Championship at Super brawl is too soon. I say put the U.S championship on him first and build him up to a year to Starrcade to win the WCW championship. He doesn't need the Hogan treatment how Hogan debut in WCW in 1994. Hogan got the belt a month after his debut to the company and got the belt in his first match with Flair to win. Bret would have got criticism for that if that happen again but could be wrong.
It's kinda ironic that wwf guys that came to wcw were dominant upon their debut and remained dominant throughout their stay with wcw. I kind of liked the idea of introducing new characters into the blood runs cold storyline. As an added spin for extra goofiness I think it would have been better to make them all masked characters. So it's Dean Malenko in a mask as "Shadowstrike". And it's also all an extra layer of Kayfabe. So Dean would also wrestle normal without his mask and never acknowledge that he is also Shadowstrike. The same for the other wrestlers. No inclusion of existing wrestlers as characters like DDP or Jericho. Just a revolving door of masked MK knock off characters played by existing wrestlers to create new twists to the storyline. Like it's all some fever dream in the mind of Glacier. It all ends at a PPV when Glacier takes a huge bump. The lights go out and when they come back, "Glacier" is back to his senses. He's lost the match and is just a regular dude. His opponent has no mask. Turns out "Glacier" was insane and the audience was experiencing the storyline from his insane point of view.

Think ChatGPT needs to layout individual dream matches that we never got. The Rock vs HBK in 1999, Eddie vs Goldberg in 2004, or do some time warp matches like 2005 John Cena vs 1997 Bret Hart, MoD Undertaker vs AB Undertaker? Bruno Sammartino vs Roman Reigns… list goes on! I want Kurt Angle vs Vs Bret Hart vs The Great Gama in a triple threat 😂
This is a fantastic idea. Great work.
That NEW blood runs cold storyline sounds RIDICULOUS mate 😂 i would hope the boys involved in the icey cage match would of got one HELL of a payday!!
I think this is actually the most creative use of AI chatbots on UA-cam
These what if book9ngs are getting pretty interesting. Keep doing more of these
To be fair, that old mentors with proteges storyline would have still been a massive improvement to the actual New Blood/Millionaires Club storyline
Inspired by this video. I asked ChatGPT to book the WCW Big Bang PPV. That would be an awesome video.
Good review sir
Bummer. I Was hoping HH went on to be a grease trap cleaner at McDonalds.
That doesn`t work for me Ronald!
Hogan to ChatGPT: "Ummm...That doesn't work for me Brother."
