I went here a long time ago, got told off for going too early on one of the open air slides 😂 and some Portuguese guys taught us some swear words then chased us round the park not in a stalker way just kept going in the same rides as. It was such a laugh and a great day. Definitely going back one day!!!

I went last year in September queues were very long and the majority of the rides are quite slow. Black hole was the best and corkscrew was one of the faster ones.
I went there yesterday (1st November 2017) and it was great! It was just a shame my brother didn't t ant to go on Black Hole or The Big wave (A new ride). But apart from that I went on them all:)

Great place went when I was a kid Portugal was brilliant, don't have many water parks left in England anymore, Fantaseas in Chingford was good but shut down many many moons ago
I hope you can comeback, the aquapark gets new rides every year.

Did this place used to have a penguin as a mascot? I think I went to this waterpark WAY back in 1997. Aside from the section with the tower of body slides going into the pool it looks almost unrecognisable. I remember there being this weird tube ride where the pool had different levels and you would sort of drop down them.
It will be funny if it's a different park in the Algarve I'm thinking of, but the slide section looks familiar.
slide and splash is epic I have been there 3 times as it is such a fun thing to go back and do my fav ride is the blue hole

Emily Ellie Nice ;) Next time you're in Portugal you can try it out! It has much more diversity of rides... I didnt make a video because some rides they dont let us bring the gopro.

EL hello, i have a New vídeo in Aquashow if tou want to compare. For me, i think aquashow has more variaty of rides.
But this vídeo of slide and splash is 2 years old, they have New rides.
EL in terms of waiting, of course you will have to wait for a bit, it depends on the day

Last year I went to Portugal and I went to slide and splash for my brothers birthday it was so fun I want to go there again I’m going to ask my dad if we could go there again

laurasmakeupdiary hello, yeah i think Its worth it. I do prefer Aquashow, went there Last weekend(vídeo coming soon) and it was Not very crowded. If you go there in august, Its pretty full of People.

For this video in particular, i used the Power Director 13 for edit.

Well i record at 1080p 60fps, i don't really know about the other settings in the video capture part of the GoPro.

the pools arent that deep and there are people to help you at the top and bottom of every slide
Pancake Sweetie05 It depends on how tall your are, and allot of the slides are with inflatible circle, and those don't sink :P
