Yep, I tried both. Sub is straightforward now, no procs or anything, it's really just a cylce. You have a strong burst window every 30 seconds. Outlaw is a very dynamic spec and very heavy on RNG since it's proc based and has roll the bones, which makes it feel very fast-paced.
