@@alexramos1435 haha, that's funny/notfunny I hope this "Gardener" learn sensitivity towards life one day. Will improve the nutritional quality of the plants under her care
I have a method that may be interesting. Dig the trench, placing the soil next to it, parallel. Place the pots in the trench and push the soil back over. Pack down a little around the small pots. Carefully pull the small pot out as the soil keeps the shape of the pot. Remove plant from pot and hopefully place without breaking the mold of soil and roots. Perfect fit. Just water and any gaps will be filled with loose topsoil and your plant is less likely to suffer shock from packing on top of the roots.
That sounds right to me but I think that takes too long for them..they seem to be in a hurry and short on space for the amt. of plants they have or maybe its because of the volume of plants they have to plant...idk. This video showed NOTHING useful. You are chaotic, putting plants in a spot, then throwing it randomly around. Its useless to place them in the first place with your 'method.'
What the actual hell is wrong with this lady throwing plants like that. You can obviously see it come completely out of the container she tossed it so hard. I'm sorry but if you can't respect the plants that you buy to actually use stop gardening.
I never treat my seedlings like that! She’s too rough- her assistant more gentle I think ! I can also sense some arrogance from this woman ! A turn off
Have respect for the plants. There is absolutely no reason to be tossing them around like that. They could break or get covered in dirt. Also it is not smart to plant touching the border. The roots will not be able to grow freely.
Me too, the ladybugs released in fall some have made homes in the silver leaf sunflowers. I'm very ill from a progressive disease, but when I'm out in the garden I forget body discomfort.
I do almost the same thing, but I put my plants in front of the area I’m going to trench so I I don’t have to move them and I know exactly where they’ll need to go.
how do i never have to watch you again? omg. mean to your plants. you could easily place the plants one foot over and dig the trench than place them without throwing them around.
All I see from this video as my focus is how badly those plants are just being tossed. It’s true scientifically that when you treat plants better, and even when you talk to them well, they grow and produce better. This just looks like it’s expendable and no big deal and that probably makes a lot of people not want to follow this channel. Being grateful for what you have does not mean abusing it like that. I could only dream of having this much room to grow food to provide for my family and others to help in these times.
Yes it is disturbing to watch them needlessly throw around these young starts. Ironically, this video will do very well because so many of us are coming to the comment section to criticize the plant abuse. The youtube algorithm will value the video more because it has high viewer "engagement."

I used to plant flowers for quite a few apartment complexes. You are wasting a LOT of energy planting like that. Use a trowel properly with no actual digging, just raising dirt and plopping the plant in.
I do the same but dig trench first then arrange plants. Now I remove plants from containers and set in spot and cover with dirt. Can cover whole row in once ready.
I swear this channel is from someone who has never had a garden ever before and just came into money and read one book. Plants can have shock The soil looks store brought and I doubt she added worms

How does that help plant a ton? This is not streamlining... they are way too close to the edge of the bed, yall are little tossing baby plants around...trench unecessary. Just did a hole for each. Takes less effort and time.
